I took Preeti’s Seniors/beginner’s yoga class for the first time. The session was amazing and very invigorating. Her approach to physical activity with mind and body connection through breathing was very helpful. Since it was a beginners class, she was very mindful of showing less intense and smooth physical activity. Besides, she articulated the different body part movements very well. The last ten minutes we practiced relaxation techniques to relieve body tension and stress which was very calming. Last but not the least was her offer of two session for the price of one which was icing on the cake. I am looking forward to her...
Read more10/10 recommend Zen River Yoga, especially Yoga Flow Hot with Rita C. She does a WONDERFUL job of explaining each pose and ways to grade each pose to where each individual person is at with their own body. The atmosphere is welcoming and judgement free! Rita does a great job of cueing for breathing and providing encouragement throughout the whole class. My class with her was great and was such a good workout. Read moreThis was the first yoga class where I actually felt welcomed with my body, lack of mobility, and inexperience. Rita explained everything, did harder poses in stages, and was quick to help anyone with a needed modification tip or to promote using the blocks. You can clearly see her passion as she instructs, not only for yoga, but for making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
