The Silo Boutique — Local services in Grand Forks

I want to give it 5 stars because it’s my favorite boutique. The clothes and the store itself are amazing, the staff I wish I could say the same. One girl is amazing she’s young and blonde, such a sweetheart. The others act pretentious and rude and I’ve gone in with the intent to buy a whole outfit or two happily if not more to end up walking out due to the staff. My friends also have had the same experience along with others I know. That’s sad the staff is costing the store thousands. This is grand forks not New York and they’re acting like they’re working for Gucci and above everyone, it’s sick. Women are supposed to make other women feel good not awful, especially when we’re shopping and wanting to get something to look or feel good. I hope this changes because if it doesn’t I’ll be looking for a new place to shop and I’ll send my clientele elsewhere as well along with my friends and family. I wasn't going to write a review, but because I have experienced this multiple times now, I feel I needed to write one. I will not shop here anymore and nor will I continue to recommend this boutique to anyone for shopping. The staff and owner at the Grand Forks location are incredibly rude. They give you attitude when asking a question and act like they are better than you. This is ND, we are not at fashion week in Paris. And if you don't fit the model mold, watch out! The looks these girls give you while looking at the clothes makes you want to crawl in a hole. Very judgemental and not professional at all. Nobody deserves this treatment while shopping for clothes.
