T.J. Maxx — Attraction in East Hartford

This is the 2nd time in less than 1 month ive been there. I did the same thing today as last time, left a carraige with my items there and left. The service there is the worst I've EVER experienced. Ever. You are 1 month away from Christmas, the people you had, all 3 of them (only 2 registers open) were moving so slow it was embarrassing. There were 6 people in front of me and the line didn't move 1 inch after 10 minutes. If that's the kind of service you provide, especially being 1 month away from Christmas, your business will suffer. You're right on the Glastonbury line. You need to step up your game. Sedrick head store manager is unfair to customers. Im an owner of a LLC company and provided proper paperwork to file tax exemption with me in there system already from previous purchases.
