I don’t know who made the mistake of hiring “June”, but CLEARLY they must have been desperate. Came into the drive through on 9/14 at 8:30 after ordering online. We got to the speaker and let him know we were picking up an online order and after giving the name he immediately said it wasn’t here and asked if we were at the right location. After giving the exact address he said it actually was there and said to drive up. By the time we got to the window he opened it and asked what we were getting. I don’t know if it was his first day or if he cares even less about his job than he does his appearance, but according to common sense and every form of fast food, it should clearly say on his screen what our order is. ESPECIALLY seeing as how there were only two other cars in front of us in the line, yet somehow took almost 20 minutes for our order to be finished! Then after he hands us our drinks he says “did you have something to say?” I said no why, and he repeats himself yet again. I’m not sure WHO June’s big self THOUGHT he was talking to but when I asked what the problem was seeing as how those last few brain cells stopped working, he couldn’t explain why he had the audacity to try to act cute and show out. After he repeated himself, I asked if WE now had a problem seeing as how I don’t know his greasy self and he was talking to me like he was the one with the issue. Instead of explaining anything whatsoever, or even apologizing for attempting to belittle me and being disrespectful, he then said “we don’t do that here sweetie”, and closed the door in my face. Thankfully the younger girl who looked like she was the one running the drive through, kindly handed us our order and asked if we were missing anything else. In case June isn’t his real name, he’s the heavy set short man, lighter greasy skin, bleached crunchy hair, with the attitude of a 13 year old. All is forgiven though because I’d be mad at the world too if I...
Read moreI've come here a few times, especially since taco bell started offering the "taco pass" through their app earlier last month (pay $10, get pass for a free choice of one of five tacos once a day for 30 days when ordering through their app). Not a bad deal! So I got it. Unfortunately, this is the only location near me and my daily commute. They have managed to mess up my order more than once, and the only thing dependable is that my soft shell taco is gonna come out a HOT MESS! Literally. It is ALWAYS dripping unbelievable amounts of grease, soaking through the wrapper and making a huge mess. They also, on one occasion, charged me twice when I tried to use an offer on the app for a free specialty frozen beverage, which apparently they don't offer at this location. So I cancelled my order, and made a new one without the drink. WELL, I was charged for BOTH orders! When I asked at the drive thru window if that meant I was getting two separate orders of food they said NO! I only got the least expensive order, and was told to address the issue through the app. (Still have yet to hear back, btw).... Overall, the taco pass is awesome, but THIS taco bell location is...
Read moreYes as you can see based off my surveys in general I get the same order every time and this time was different. The service was awful and unfortunately my order was wrong. I called and spoke with the manager and he was arguing with me over the phone. "Luis" was the name. Also everytime I come to this taco bell the receipt always says "George P" when I asked for the name of the cashier the "manger" said it was a new guy. I know some places also charge for cup of water. I get it. Places need to make money however this particular place NEVER gave me a hard time about getting a large cup of water with my order.. I got a small cup and was told by the manager that they are starting to charge for water. (effective 7/2/17 in the morning as soon as he got in...) WHAT. My food was wrong. I ordered a "beefy nacho griller sub beef for beans" and they didn't give me the sub. Usually on the screen there a button for the order taker to press that shows up that the customer wanted the beef subbed. Well that...
