Went to the print center to get some questions I had about printing my own invites answered. Some lady working there (forgot to check for her name), was very annoyed with every customer. She was on the phone when I got there and I waited for her and overheard her being annoyed and cutting off the customer on the phone. She got to me and was fairly nice but still was snippy about my questions. While I was waiting for my documents to load on my phone, a ton of people were behind me so I was nice and moved over so she could help them instead. An older gentleman behind me walked up to have a poster printed. Right off the bat she was SO rude to him. Throwing her arms up in the air, giving him major attitude about him not knowing the exact size poster he was looking to get made. She ended up just turning a computer towards him and makes him order it himself, all while being extremely rude to the poor guy. She comes back to helping me, and starts telling me how their printers aren’t capable of printing and cutting card stock without jamming up, BUT proceeds to turn a computer towards me and makes me Order invites on the computer for double the cost it was going to originally cost me. Which in fact, are going to print on card stock AND be cut, all of which she just previously told me their printers can’t do!? Moral of the story, she’s rude and shouldn’t work in...

Lets start with how the employee I went to for assiatance did her very best to avoid me till she was at a register no sweetheart i wasnt after your number i have a wife you jus happened to be the ONLY employee i could find. Asked the employee for a affordable printer that doesn't print boarders on photos and cam scan documents to my phone. She said all printers scan to phone and then found one that was an upsell from the printer that I initially was looking at. She told me that the printer i was purchasing was perfect for my needs. Now let's move on to how it was defective. It didn't print just ruined multiple pages. Stay away from this store. The staff isn't knowledgeable and what they don't know they make up. They have the rudest people in store. Bought $200 The Limited gift card online around Thansgiving, but the store has closed for bankruptcy and has stopped selling gift card since November 6. What the hell... The sale person of The Limited told us we should go to Staples, because they shouldn't sell this gift card anymore. We went to this store and received the rudest words: "You purchased it!", "You did not buy it from our store and find the online representative!", "Why did you buy the gift card that the company is going to be bankrupt?", and many more.
