I usually take my dogs to PetSmart for grooming because it's so heavily advertised. I read some articles about pets dying while in their care and decided to try somewhere else. I already purchase dog food from Animal Kingdom so I decided to try out the groomer. Amazing!! The gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful, asked me what time I could be there and fit me right in. When I got there, the young lady with the afro puffs was SOOOOOO SWEET!! They called to let me know Arya was ready and when I got her, she had on a pink bandanna and she smelled awesome. My boyfriend told me to send a pic as soon as I got her because he was leery. Even he was pleased with the work done. Her nails are so rounded and she smells so good. We'll definitely be back.

This is the second incident that has occurred with my dog at this place. First about a year ago I took her here for a regular grooming appointment and when I picked her up she seemed happy as usual but once I reached my destination I noticed that her eye was cut and nobody said anything to me about it. I called Monday morning and spoke to the owner and explained that I understand mistakes happen but someone could have said something he agreed and said that the person who groomed her had been in the business a long tome and she should have known better. Later that day he advised me that the groomer said my dog moved while she was trimming and he said if I could bring my dog so he could see which I did I took my dog to the vet and he wrote me a check for the bill. It took me almost a year before I took her back there I was so hurt. Finally this is her second appt since then and this time they burned and cut my dog I called the same day as soon as I reached the mall my dog wouldn’t walk so my fiancé after picking her up notices blood on his shirt and I asked if they put my dog inside a dryer or hand blew her I was told that the groomer that did my dog had gone home for the day and the owner was not there but bring my dog back so they could see but my question of how they blow dried her was never answered. I was so hurt I started crying and I didn’t know if I would lose my cool on them so I never went back however Disney is never going back there I paid them 70 dollars to hurt my dog and once again no one said nothing how cruel can a person be to do this to a animal.

They let a small child hold my bunny while she was getting her nails trimmed. The child ofcourse, didn’t know how to properly hold her or maintain her when she kicks. The child ended up dropping my bunny on her back, I had to watch her and make sure she was okay after that. They didn’t even apologize or anything and bunnies are very fragile creatures. It was very irresponsible and I never went back. If you want your bunnies nails trimmed, I’d recommend the animal hospital since they are very gentle as they own a few bunnies themselves! Edit: Let me clarify that this situation happened last year and also that I’m aware children cannot work under any establishment. The *little boy* was called OVER by the adult staff member (my mom was there also and describes the staff member as light-skin with light eyes) and was told to hold my bunny which resulted in him dropping her. I just wanted to leave my review as I was reminded of the situation, and didn’t do so promptly after this happened. Picture of bunny that was dropped(Grey) who came in with her sister(Brown):

I brought my 15 year old, short-haired cat to be groomed and to my disappointment he was shaved( lion cut). I called to discuss why this was done instead of trimming/cutting his hair low with scissors. The manager stated that in his 20 years of working there he has never seen scissors used on a cat’s body, they only get shaved. He talked as if I was lying. He stated he would call the different places I named that groomed my cat years earlier with scissors and never shaved him. I called another groomer and confirmed what I knew to be true. I gave the manager the name and number of the other groomer, he stated he knows the owner there and will call. No apology or anything! That was my first and last time bringing my cat there!… in response to the owner. I never said he was rude or unprofessional. But I was never consulted on my cat being giving a lion’s cut vs scissoring. Respectfully

Love the care they have for animals. Very knowledgeable. My first lizard brought from there. He is doing very well. But still scared to touch him. 😆
