I have a different outlook on this business I will never do business are recommend any one to them I ordered a bed room set the head board was damaged I have the pictures to prove it then they want me to come out of pocket for another bed this is not good business when you damaged something the right thing to do is try to make it right with the customer all they doing is giving me a hard time and think I’m suppose to except what they say to me in a very nasty manner again I recommend this place to know one these are the photos now the want to upgrade the bed but want me to come out of pocket I shouldn’t have to do that you guys should take the lost for pain and suffering and your guys damaging the bed so they also wanna order another head board which the same thing is going to happen so I will let my attorney deal with this you guys know this is unacceptable and I won’t stop til it’s resolved so if anyone plans on buying something from here I suggest you rethink it there are plenty of...

Nice salesperson, Junior, very patient (with my stubborn 96yr old grandma) and knowledgeable once he has an idea of what you want. Nice furniture but I found it a bit overpriced, even with a alleged 30% discount. Purchased a sofa sleeper, recliner, and kitchen table. Wasn’t pleased with the table because I was given the floor model. Later visited another store and saw kitchen tables with 4 chairs for the price I paid with only two seats. Delivery was quick, 24hrs next day before noon. Had an issue with the recliner color and was resolved asap by the sales rep Junior. Delivery for the mix up was also quick, 24hrs next day before noon. Had to pay again for delivery since the store refused to take liability for the delivery of the wrong color recliner. Stay away from this store. They are nice to you when the transaction is occurring but will rob you blind. Bunch of crooks you will feel like you're getting a deal but you are not. Nick is not educated in the financing that he offers. And you will end up paying a ton more. On top of that I noticed they have different prices for the same item in the store. So be careful. The delivery was fast but delivery people were rude. Just save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. When you try to dispute what was told to you by Nick he will just talk over you.
