I've seen roaches here it takes forever to be called you can't make appointments on line you get sicker coming out then when you come in it's such a smaller waiting room filled with so many sick people only one bathroom (for each gender) they have a TV yet won't play it people blasting music kids yelling so unorganized you wait forever not even a parking lot I don't even think it's a building it feels like a doctor's office turned doctor's office millions of nurses but only one doctor horrible customer service the world's smallest window is here and you have to bang on it for the main nurse to come and sometimes she doesn't even come to the window the main nurse even let her sister go in front of people who have been waiting every just because "she wouldn't let her sister wait" but she'll let her others wait? Can't believe this place is still in business don't come here half of the adults look dead inside or look like they regret having kids don't EVER COME HERE IN YOUR LIFE AND DONT EVER BRING YOUR KIDS edit: barely any chairs lots of people have to stand your lucky if...
Read moreThe current wait time of approximately 2 hrs & counting, office hours were randomly changed at the last minute for the Belleville location and I was forced to bring my son to the East Orange office to hear that they changed their hours to 6am-10am only, the overwhelmed employee who seemed to be the only employee was yelling at everyone to wait in their cars until they were called(She didn’t even care that most people didn’t even have cars to wait in and was telling everyone they shouldn’t be waiting in the hallway either during 30 degree weather) this was not worth it the wait at all. There’s no excuse to treat people this way! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Dr. Ricciardi had been my pediatrician from when I was born until I turned 18 yrs old and he’s a great doctor but this is not worth it! I’m sorry but you need to do better! I have to change to another pediatrician because this...
Read moreI love Dr. Ricciardi! I'm 37 and I (and 75% of my family) have seen him since I was a child and when I had my daughter she saw him from an infant until I moved out of state when she was 15. Recently I visited home and saw him in a supermarket and he said "Hey Smitty look at you all grown up!" I was shocked he remembered me. He truly cares. If you have no insurance he works with you at least 3 times I had no insurance and my daughter needed a shot and he only charged me $20 (the price the office paid for the shot) no Dr's fee or anything he also gave me 25 samples because he knew I couldn't afford the prescriptions. I love his practice the other Dr's are good as well! If you're not there early though you will wait hours to be seen because it's...
