Utopia — Attraction in Easton

This was not my first time going to Utopia, but it will more than likely be my last. The store is well laid out, and very well stocked! However, the owner and employees were very unapproachable and honestly a bit creepy. Immediately, as I walk in, I get a barely friendly greeting, and then silence. As I walked in with my partner, admiring the products, my partner notices that the owner is just staring at her. This didn’t feel too different from how he can usually be, but I hadn’t noticed too much before. I shrugged it off as him “watching the merchandise.” However, as we kept looking, he kept staring. There was no greeting from him, nor did ask if we needed anything or something like that. He was just staring at us, making my partner incredibly uncomfortable. We both wanted to make a purchase, but we chose not because as we moved throughout the store so did the owner. He would not let us move without his watch. It was honestly a bit scary on top of being unprofessional and creepy. This is not a bad store, but our experience with the employees and owner made us so uncomfortable that I cannot imagine...

Came in earlier today and am forced to write this review. I worked at one of the largest glass art galleries in Denver for the past 4 years. The selection at Utopia is very large. There are some, very scarce, yet very good local blown glass. That is all the nice things I can say about this place. The guy selling the glass is a complete d!@kbag. He doesn't have even a firm grasp of glass knowledge, although he thinks he does. The guy behind the counter is on something cuz he's basically nodding out. Almost everything in there is fake Chinese knockoffs, sold at regular glass prices, as if they were american made. Say anything about you knowing more knowledge about glass than them and they'll kick you out of their store. All in all the employees ruined this place for me. 2/10. Save your money and head to Primal in Bethlehem, 20 mins away. Better selection, better quality,...

This is a "Clothing and Tobacco" storefront used to cover up a shop thats mostly mass production glass and import glass. Never have any heady or well known artists as far as Ive seen. I dont even think they carry Mothership, illadelph, Grav, Sovereignty, Toro, or any of the expensive production glass. They may now as its been a few years but I went in a while back because they do have some nice hemp hoodies and local made candles and I looked around for a bit hoping to find a gem in the rough like Nico Cray, Mothership, Muller Glass, Mobius, etc and dont remember seeing any big name products. I dont support mass made junk chinese or indian glass, just go to Primal who have 3-4 shops within a 45 min drive and offer real, functional glass art,...
