It was cold yesterday so we decided to stop by Love Pho & PL Cafe. The interior is simple and elegant. All the sauces and utensils can be found on your table. Theres nothing like a hot bowl of Pho to comfort you on cold days, or any day for that matter! The hot green tea was a standard, check. The crispy spring rolls were amazing! I was suprised by the quality of the filling, and it was exactly what you would expect for a vietnamese spring roll. The dipping sauce was glazy thai chili sauce instead of a sweetened and diluted fish sauce. It was still tasty, but it is not the classic dipping sauce from most vietnamese restaurants. On a more personal level, I like my crispy spring rolls cut into pieces so it's easier to eat and share. It's not a big deal, I was able to cut it up and let it cool faster. I would most certainly order them again, HIGHLY recommended. Two small Pho Thais was more than enough to fill us up after eating the crispy spring rolls. The large portions are for those who can really put food away. The broth was flavorful and the beef slices were delicious. I am a huge fan of hoisin sauce and I was delighted to have a bottle of it on the table. The Pho toppings that came along side the bowls of pho were excellent, it's not pho without basil, lime, jalapeno, chili oil, and bean sprouts! Loved this bowl of pho, and it's the best I've had outside of Philadelphia and NYC. I can not wait to go back so I can order my favorite item, broken rice with grilled pork. I really hope it comes with fish sauce that has sugar and lime juice mixed in. It is a most to elevate the broken rice and seasoned pork!

This is a small pho spot in Easton that’s clean and simple. The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a casual pho restaurant, with standard tables and minimal staff, but the service is still attentive. I tried the pho, and the broth was quite good—flavorful and well-balanced, not too salty or sweet. It may not be the most outstanding pho I’ve ever had, but it definitely hits the spot if you’re nearby. The meat overall was decent, but the brisket really stood out—tender, flavorful, and pleasantly surprising. If you’re in the area or have errands around Easton, this place is worth stopping by for a warm, comforting bowl of pho. But if you’re thinking about making a special trip just for the food, it’s probably not quite worth the drive. Summary: ✅ Clean restaurant ✅ Tasty broth ✅ Brisket was excellent ➖ Limited staff – might require a bit of patience ➖ Not quite a destination spot on its own

Good for your stomach, bad for your ears. The pho was decent and fried egg rolls were good. Restaurant is clean and waitress was attentive. BUT, the music they play is an assault on the ears: synthesizer music with a cheesy beat on an endless loop. If the food was stellar, I might have given 4 stars, but atmosphere matters. If sound isn't a factor for you, I recommend it.

We went opening day, so I will go back and try it in a few weeks BUT I’d like to leave a review so an owner reads it and can better their restaurant. I travel all over the country and have Pho, so this is not my first time slurping it by any means. The broth lacked flavor, was very heavy on the oil and very light on the color - it’s like it was missing all of the flavor, tasted like hot water with lots of olive oil. We always get grilled (charbroiled) pork on the side, it wasn’t grilled at all, very soft and marinated in some type of super sweet sauce. Also very fatty. As far as the service - We ordered the summer rolls and received something entirely different. Then they brought something else out and that was also incorrect. The waitress wasn’t super people friendly and was very flustered and easily offended. We tried to joke with her to make her more relaxed and or loosen the pressure of opening day. We waited for takeout containers (bc we barely touched our pho bowls and we going to take home to try and flavor) - so we waited for over 15 mins and the waitress came and told us they didn’t have enough containers. My husband asked if they could take one of them off the check because we didn’t even touch them and we couldn’t take home to eat it either. She disappeared for another 10 mins and the came back with one of our bowls in a take out container (not sure what they emptied to find one but okay). As we went to checkout there was a long line forming, and not much hustling happening to accommodate. I KNOW it was their first day, so I’m not saying there isn’t a possibility for improvement - I truly believe there is, hoping they can rallly and pull in some more staff that is a bit more versed in the service industry, really change the taste of their pho, and...

When first opened this place was phenomenal especially for the location. Since then the quality has gone far down. My friend ordered the banh mi and tasted nothing but bland compared to other places she’d gone to. As far the pho the broth is unpredictable-sometimes it’s great but most of the time it’s either oily, sweet or SO salty. Not to mention compared to other places the meat portion is undeniably small. Not only that but 2 days in a row I tried to order and BOTH TIMES they never confirmed my order; first time was because they were closed (which I didn’t know when placing the order) however the hours were not updated with the online ordering or google because they both said they were open and still allowed me to place my order, after about 15 mins my order was canceled because they were closed. Second time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were in fact closed the day before but I waited about 15-20 mins for a confirmation, they were indeed open this day but I hadn’t gotten a confirmation so I canceled the order because I had to be somewhere soon. I will say the few times I picked up when they were not busy the employees sat in the back and just talked while no one is watching the counter. Not to mention I could’ve taken any one else’s order and they would not have noticed. Since then I have found a place a bit out of the way but their service and quality is 1000% better...
