Cloverdale Marketplace — Attraction in Eastvale

This must be one of the Lewis business properties, the biggest land and developers in the IE. The property currently suffers from plain blahs of general economical situation. Lots of businesses shut down and not returning. The demographics of the area does not support the retail or restaurant business despite the area housing. I have seen this too often like Terra Vista in Ranch Cucamonga, it's not advisable to shop alone. Too many beggars and homeless walking about looking through car or truck windows. Now there are roving skate boarders knocking down senior citizens to pursue snatch or just plain hatred. Be and stay safe. Always look around you before you park and get out of your vehicle.
