Fashion Q — Attraction in Eastvale

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in with my husband today to buy some pieces for an event tomorrow. I had 8 blouses that I was purchasing but needed to try out first due to their NO RETURN policy. It was 8:08pm. The place closes at 9pm. The fitting rooms were closed and they stated that they were already closed because they had too much work to do. My husband asked if they can make an exception for me because I had a lot of pieces and the manager/owner Chinese lady said NO. My husband asked her if the rather loose the business? We had over $200 in merchandise we were planning on purchasing…! She then said DONT CARE and walked away! Rude..! Unprofessional and flat out STUPID! I don’t see how they are in business! NO RETURN POLICY AND THEY CLOSE THEIR FITTING ROOMS..? WOW DO THEY REALIZE THEY NEED REPEAT CUSTOMERS TO SURVIVE? it is sad because it is a nice location but sadly they do not know how to run it and at this pace they will be closed soon. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY WOULD GET NO STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO AT LEAST RATE...

Inexpensive accessories but the merchandise is inferior. I purchased two purses and returned them both since the lining inside one wasnt stiched and everything went underneath it. The second purse had a strap that didnt remain in tact therefore you couldnt carry the purse on your shoulder . When I took it back the manager told me to read the reciept! My response was the merchandise has to be adequate to comply with no return. She wasted to argue that I should have come sooner..I mentioned that I was within the fourteen days a nd the purse isnt functional, Its the principle...she sill wanted to argue so I told her to keep it, make ues of it for herself and I'll never consider shopping there again and politely left the store. Check your bags...she might resale it to...

Came here to find a dress , while i was in the fitting room with my infant daughter one of the owners OPENS the door to the fitting room and scolds me. .She asks me to take care of my baby because the “customers are complaining” mind you my baby was not crying she was just making baby talk while i tried on the dress . I say okay and proceed to exit the fitting rooms , a nice lady that was also there stops and ask how old my baby is and i answer her . The owner once again rudely appoaches me and says “Can you move !? I will leave it at that but if basic customer service is something you appreciate in a business you will not get it here . I do not ever leave bad reviews but these women do not know how to treat a customer and as i read other reviews i see i am not...
