I usually go to this location for pretty much all of my needs, food, medicine, clothing, etc regardless of the other surrounding businesses near this location. Today is the last time I will be shopping at target due to the terrible customer service I received today.
I came here to get my contact solution and a few other items. As I proceeded to the self checkout line I noticed that the line was not moving for a while and remembered that the pharmacy can ring me up especially since I had a few items from that department and less than five items all together.
I proceeded to head over to the Pharmacy which was clear of any customers at the time. I stood and waited at the pharmacyās register patiently (I understand that the pharmacy does get calls and sometimes are busy but like I said there were no customers in sight) the two employees behind the counter were making phone calls which didnāt effect me in any way.
My problem was with the employee by the name of āJohnnyā. When Johnny got off of the phone he asked me if I had any prescriptions to pick up and I told him no but I did have contact solution as well as a few more items I needed to be rung up for. He rudely told me to go to self checkout. Before I even got to tell him that Iām willing to wait for him to get off the phone, he repeated himself once again in a rude manner.
I have worked in customer service for a few years and Iām not one to seek A+ customer service but his tone and attitude was terrible. I then asked an employee on the floor to confirm that the pharmacy should be able to ring me up especially when Iām purchasing items from that exact department they agreed and apologized for Johnnys actions which I think is ridiculous. It wouldāve took him no more than three minutes to ring me up, if that.
I went back to the pharmacy to get Johnnys name since I didnāt get it the first time and I heard him say under his breath āIām going on breakā after he saw me approach the counter. When I asked for his name he was hesitating to tell me so I had to ask again. As I was walking away he proceeded to tell me āLike I said...ā I donāt recall the rest because at that point it was pointless for me to even communicate with him because I could tell he was escalating the situation which is rude and unprofessional. I wonāt be going back to this location and since this is the closest target to me, i will go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could write a review lower than one star I would give it a minus ! My daughter went there to buy dawn soap for her company and she was told by Lisa (apparent manager or supervisor) who she had asked for help to get the dish soap down that she could not buy all of the small bottles of dish soap... when my daughter asked why she said there is a limit... my daughter asked her what the limit was.. (The dish soap was not on sale nor did she have coupons, she was paying full price). She was unable to give a number for a limit but did tell her that she couldn't buy all of them because she needed them for other customers.. Ok how does that make sense? Other customers? And what was my daughter? Maybe because my daughter is well dressed professional? Or because she is Hispanic? This worries me with all the prejudice in the world and I've taught my children everyone is the same color inside and color is only for coloring books, and there is no difference between a person with or without legs or mental differences...... Hmmm seems to me if there is a limit then post it! My daughter goes to target on a regular basis, actually she prefers target over the other big stores. Well needless to day. I Nor any of my family will shop at a place that clearly shows prejudice in one way or another. So if you read this review take into consideration the hurt my daughter endured by a simple request for help to get products off a shelf that are too high for some and definitely too high for a person in a wheelchair. I will be taking this to a higher level as I believe everyone should be treated equal. Have a good day a do a good deed for someone today even if you just open the door for someone a simple smile will make a difference in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter waited ~20-30 minutes in line. I was told by Mr Sergio from the Eastvale store to go back to the original store (Chino Hills) for an exchange/refund. By the way, I paid for the item with receipt as proof. It was your negligence that the magnetic device was not taken off. How can my wife wear this? Please donāt treat me like a āthiefā and simply tell me to go away that you can not help me. After I requested for a manager, than you took my ID and told me to calm down and lower my voice. Excuse me??? Can you please show some respect? The āsupervisorā or senior representative came and said why donāt you offer him cash and turn him away. Excuse me??? Do I look like Iām here for the cash so I can be turned away? I raised my voice and said is this how you treat your customers? I was asked to leave the store at the end without any resolution or services offered simply because I raised my voice after you said to give me cash and turn me away and Mr Sergio refused to help me. Please stop treating loyal customers/shareholders like this as you forgot that you are here to help and serve the community. You consumer affairs department is much more helpful. As promised, I will reach out to Riverside Countyās consumer affairs department to file an official complaint in addition to the complaint to your corporate office. āGreat jobā...
