I saw openings tonight to get a haircut but I wasn’t sure the best way to book on the app because it was my first time going. So as a member, I decided to just stop by and ask to put me into the system and I would wait at the restaurant until it was time for my cut. I went to the spa desk and the lady there said she would have to check with the stylist. She came back and even though there were available time slots on the app, I was denied service. I mentioned that there were openings but she insisted the stylist was too busy and couldn’t take me at any time. This was absolutely poor customer service. This lack of professionalism is not only bad for the spa but it is a bad look to the lifetime facility. I’m seriously considering canceling my membership because of the treatment from here. I just got my hair done at Lifetime and had the pleasure of working with Bella. she did an incredible job!

She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed perfectly. The placement of my extensions is flawless, and I can tell she’s intuitive in her craft. She worked with precision, care and attention to detail to ensure everything was blended perfectly.

Bella’s professionalism really stood out. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I was happy with each step. She was knowledgeable, and recommended products and techniques for my hair type. I also appreciated how much she genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable, she was engaging and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I usually don’t post bad experiences, but beware if booking an appt at this location. First off was going to get a hair style before my wedding reception (they called to cancel same day due to hairstylist sick), second scheduled another hair styling before my friends wedding (they called to cancel same day due to hairstylist sick), third had two massages scheduled before flying out to Bermuda for the marathon (they called to cancelled same day due to massage therapist sick).
