I used to drive all the way from Minneapolis to go to this location purely because I thought they were the best and made the smoothie and bowl the best, I always order the same exact thing, no matter which store I go to. Lately, the quality has gone way down hill. My last smoothie being the worst one I've ever had, I ordered the Date Night, it was runny and watering, I didn't have any bits of dates which I always enjoy, it didn't even taste like they had put the vanilla pea protein powder in it. It just tasted like oatmilk and almond butter. I ordered the Fiesta Bowl, which was okay - but the rice lately has been undercooked, causing it to be too crunchy which is not so great. Especially if you want to save the bowl into two meals, if it's already undercooked rice, you can't save it because it'll be inedible. I don't know where I will go now - as I probably order these two things 15 times a month sometimes - I know... it's an addiction, but seems it'll be broken unless the quality...

We really enjoy the salads and smoothies here despite the higher prices. It's also a bit irritating to order here in person because the kids' menu and smoothie menu aren't near where you place your order - so if you need to read the menu to order, maybe bring it up on your phone so it's easier to see, or just order on the app and bypass this altogether. Also, when you order at the counter, the person who makes the salads isn't the person who makes the smoothies, and they verbally give your smoothie order to that second person when they get to the end of the salad line - so there's always a delay, and a potential error in communicating the order. It's not ideal, and for an $8 smoothie the experience...

Food was good and large bowl so full. Love how you can build your own if you wanted. Pricey which is why I gave 1 star. Chicken looked bland and dry so I got shrimp and was good option. They parking was in a small strip mall area so you have to get to it and parking is limited and slightly dangerous as people are coming in from both entrances, plus crossing thr parking lot to get in or back to their car. I ended up paking on thr opposite end of thr lot and walking the few extra steps as not worth trying to navigate that! I'll be back again. Only thing with their competitor is other place has great soups and they give you bread and a chocolate covered strawberry. It makes you fell you got more...
