Citizens Park Pavillion — Attraction in Edgewater

Trashed on Sunday even after being paid for to have a 4yr old bday party. Womens bathroom locked.eventually people came out but it was so filthy all trash cans overflowing with trash thrown around the trash cans. I cked in on Friday to be sure that they would leave us bags they did not..I went back on Moday n all the trash cans were emptied n men's bathroom had been cleaned. Couple locked up women's bathroom possibly living in there but very disappointing that we had to spend over an hour cleaning so we could decorate n it was just geeky for what I paid .the trash bins 2 were just surrounded by trash bags lest 20br more..we used our own trash bags noone used the horrible facility cause eventually we saw in the womens..we cut the party short after cleaning n setting up cause it was just disgusting. People were partying there when we showed up but I had permit n like I said by time we cleaned n set up we feel this was totally unacceptable..I went back Monday n it was so much better but saw that one of trash bins by street was emptied but not the other n all bags still lying around them..I want a full refund do to the fact this was not ready for us to celebrate a 4 year old with family..we could of just showed up n planted ourselves in the grass like all the others there..dont think I will be investing my money into Edgewater if ya cant even have it prepared for us costing 120.00. Not good business. Friday I was guaranteed it would be ready n they would leave trash bags under the ones in can n asked us to leave in bathroom. Well we did not we put in kitchen bags n was able to put in the 1st bin sitting east n Monday it was emptied but not other one..saw another pinata so wonder if it was booked Saturday n left a total disaster. Disappointed..here is a few pics others on my texts that I'm more than happy to show you..noone could use the bathroom I gagged just to get a bottle of water. Someone please contact me requesting full refund..if there wasnt staff on duty Sunday guess I should of been informed. We left it cleaner than we found it...

This is a wonderful park; it has covered dining areas, horse shoe pits, a beautifully maintained and well-lit Softball field, ball park, improved aluminum bleechers, open...

It would be very nice if they would open the restrooms and leave them open until the park closes. It's hard to enjoy if people have to use the restroom. Otherwise...
