I got some bad attitude and disrespectful behavior from the cashier with the beard. A week or 2 ago I ordered the chicken salad and asked for extra dressing. He told me that when you order a salad and add chicken, it comes with 2 dressings. And clarified if I still needed extra. I said no since 2 was what I wanted. So this week I ordered the exact same thing but only got 1 dressing. I asked the cashier shouldn't I get 2 ranch dressings with my salad. He said it depends on the salad, and that it's also "at their discretion". Meaning on that particular day, he felt the need to only give me 1 dressing, and that he felt it was his right to do that since "it's at his discretion". What he was really saying was since I didn't tip him, he only gave me 1 salad dressing "at his discretion". It took the cook intervening and pointing out that a salad gets 2 dressings when you add chicken, and gave me the second ranch dressing cup. This was a lot of extremely toxic behavior directed at me, the customer, for no reason other than the fact I don't tip for counter service. Sorry, but I just paid $21 for an entree and side with no drink. I'm not tipping you 20% for counter service. Anyway, I will not be spending any more money here until I am issued a formal apology from the owner. Thanks.
P.S. You overcook literally every single thing you make here. Your chicken and fries are both fried to a crisp. Your food is way more expensive than Chick Fil A, and it's actually a lot worse since it's always dry...

This is one of the best chicken sandwiches in the area! I ordered the Southern Bird, which comes nashville hot with ranch slaw and bread and butter pickles. The Nashville hot seasoning did not make the tenders soggy, and the spice level was perfect, a nice lingering heat. Loved the ranch slaw.
My only two issues were with the chicken, unfortunately: (1) i wish the sandwich weren’t made of tenders, this made the sandwich SO messy. I went though eight of the brown napkins they have in the dispensers throughout the market! Not a big deal though, there’s something satisfying about a messy sandwich. (2) The chicken itself tasted a bit overcooked and lacked a lot of “chicken flavor” itself and the sandwich relied heavily on the toppings, and large chunky tenders. I would suspect the tenders aren’t brined, because they didn’t taste of salt really at all.
Overall, really gas sandwich at a good price!! $12, others charge $15-18 for comparable size, toppings, quality, flavor etc. The waffle fries seem like they’re a little expensive so they’re probably making up for it there, but I didn’t order fries.
Will be back, and highly recommend!
Still have my fingers crossed that one day I’ll find somewhere that ticks every single box in the chicken sandwich category,...
Read moreWow, wow, wow! I came here with my family to eat some lunch. We ordered the chicken strips, the bleu buffalo strips, the sweet potato waffle fries and the 3 bean soup. Everything was delicious. Very friendly staff, easy to order and we got our order relatively quickly for being made fresh on the spot.
The chicken strips are nice and juicy, not dry whatsoever and flavorful. Eventhough they are plain, they still had enough flavor to eat by themselves. Not too crispy either.
The bleu buffalo chicken strips were packed with so much flavor. I am personally not a fan of bleu cheese, but the mix of buffalo sauce with the blue cheese was perfect. Such a great mix of flavors. Not terribly spicy either. I felt like it was comparable to an original hot sauce from Wing Stop.
The 3 bean soup was great too. The vinaigrette that it is mixed in was great. It felt acidic but a great taste nonetheless.
Lastly, we also had the sweet potato wedges. Not too crispy, not too soft either. I felt that they were just right. They also didn't have a ton of condiments which was great because I could appreciate the sweet potatoes on their own.
Overall a great place to go with friends. Will be...
