If you don’t want to know what real chocolate tastes like, leave immediately. You’ll never want any other chocolate after coming here. I made the mistake of buying their version of “Nutella” and let me tell you, worst. Decision. Ever!!!! I ate the entire jar, by myself, in less than a week. I literally was licking and scraping the bottom and sides like a freaking crack head because it’s THAT GOOD! And for only $13 before tax for something that is SINGLE ORIGIN & without a bunch of BS fillers in it like store bought stuff?! It’s legit criminal! I just bought my second jar yesterday & im already 1/4 of the way finished 🤦🏻‍♀️ Run, don’t walk, to Bibamba. You will literally never want to even look at Nutella again after trying their sauce. This Chocolate is Amazing! I am picky about my chocolate. It must be clean, the fewer ingredients the better and all of them recognizable. This Chocolate checks all of the boxes. It melts in your mouth and is made from ingredients you can recognize plus they process the chocolate themselves in their shop in the Public Market in Edgewater Colorado. I met one of the owners and he is super nice and I like their mission. He planted the coco trees himself in his home country of Cameroon and then waited patiently for 5 years before he got a crop of coco pods. All of his employees are paid a fair wage and can afford their own houses with running water & electricity. It's a win win for everyone except for my waist line! I’m way overdue to make a review as I am obsessed with their chocolate spread. Starting with the ingredients being cacao beans, hazelnut, almond, organic cane sugar, and sea salt 🤌🏼 I have a massive sweet tooth and just love chocolate in general and so I actually put it in the fridge and once it’s hard, I eat it by the spoonful… I’ve tried it with fruit too and it’s really good but for me it replaces other desserts like ice cream, so I eat it as such.

The people who work at the Edgewater Public Market location (the owners and their family, I think?) are also super kind and welcoming. That store is where they make (at least some of) their chocolate too and it’s out in the open, so it’s a very cute store in general and then on top of it it’s cool to get to see them making stuff....
