It melts in your mouth and is made from ingredients you can recognize plus they process the chocolate themselves in their shop in the Public Market in Edgewater Colorado. I met one of the owners and he is super nice and I like their mission. He planted the coco trees himself in his home country of Cameroon and then waited patiently for 5 years before he got a crop of coco pods. All of his employees are paid a fair wage and can afford their own houses with running water & electricity. It's a win win for everyone except for my waist line! The people who work at the Edgewater Public Market location (the owners and their family, I think?) are also super kind and welcoming. That store is where they make (at least some of) their chocolate too and itās out in the open, so itās a very cute store in general and then on top of it itās cool to get to see them making stuff....
