My team, we bought around $124 worth of food for pick up. Went to pick it up, I had two bags that fit in one hand and the drink holder in the other, as soon as I turn around, my drinks fell right in front of the store, went back to the guy that gave me my food and told them that my drinks fell and the first guy just gave me a "idk what to do gesture" and tells me that happens a lot and there is nothing he can do about it, then a second guy comes up and I told him what happened and said he packed the drinks and that he did it right, essentially blaming it on me, stating also that he noticed have 2 other bags and the drink carrier in just ONE hand, like, is it my fault that your drink carrier cannot properly handle 3 drinks? (I posted a picture of bottom of a drink, it will make sense once you see it) then I asked for a manager, who wasn't there but they decided to call him. The second guy comes back and says that he understands my point of view BUT says he is willing to give 2 drinks for free for the price of one. I refused and left. My manager then called the store, spoke with the manager who didn't disclosed his name, and explained the situation, instead of the manager been understanding and whatnot, the managers response was that he is aware of the situation and that he CHECKED the security cameras and saw me leaving outside, which is not true, this is a foodcourt, the drinks fell from your faulty practices or poor quality cup and holder right in front of your food stand, and also said I dropped the drinks on purpose and then advised my manager that I should be careful next time, essentially blaming the whole ordeal on the customer, for 3 drinks, really pathetic since he ended up replacing the drinks. My manager send another employee to pick up the drinks and to add insult to the injury, they took picture of him walking away with the drinks which he wasn't able to carry properly in the carrier and decided to grabbed the drinks not using the carrier due to the drinks not able to clinch onto the carrier due to the round nature of the bottom of the cup which I attached a picture. Overall, this establishment is not customer friendly, petty, not business savvy cause it chooses 4$ dollars drinks over $100s in business and very greedy. Will...

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. The food was good but the service was disappointing. I ordered from their food truck using their QR code displayed on the side of their truck, later to be told the order didn’t go through and certain items were sold out . I ordered again in person paid with a different card and was assured by the staff that any other charge would be taken care of (if it ended up posting). I called to get my refund of $60 and was told they could only give me a partial refund ($47) because they need to cover a “restocking fee” since the order went to their restaurant —obviously, I did not know this and am being penalized for using their own system or a possible glitch. It’s been more than a week I spoke to someone twice and I’ve followed up with email and have not heard back. At this point I have spent like $65 on 4 arepas! Extremely upsetting. For this reason I cannot recommend...

If you're looking for an authentic Venezuelan dining experience with top-notch service, look no further! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. Our orders arrived quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was not only efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing! The arepas were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the cachapas were sweet and savory. Overall, it is a must-visit. If you want great food, speedy service, and friendly faces, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be...

First, I truly believe that food can be an emissary of culture. I wish the news would highlight this hidden gem and the warmth of the Venezuelan people, whose country and culture are rich and vibrant. With dietary restrictions, I started coming here frequently when I first moved to Denver in 2021. Since then, I’ve brought seven different friends and family members, and for my wife, who is also gluten-free, driving from the foothills to get an arepa has become a weekend tradition. It’s often hard to find places where we can both eat, but whether it’s at Anschutz with their food truck or in person at Arepas House, it continues to be our favorite spot.

So we tried this spot out last Saturday 4/10/20. The ordering and services went smooth. We ordered patacon, lobster arepas and plantains. The lobster arepas had zero flavor even though the person who took our order said it's spicy. The patacon had great flavor when you take a bite, but when you start chewing the mixes don't match up very well. The food is picture worthy but not at all flavorful. I have had Venezuelan food before where you take a bite and you forget everything that's happening in your surroundings and just be in another world. This place did not come no where close to even miles. May be they had a bad day and we happen to try it.
