Beach Camera — Attraction in Edison

Good prices, great customer service, unfortunate first time buying experience.

I purchased a Certified Refurbished LG C2 OLED 55" television off of eBay. It was in fantastic cosmetic condition upon arrival, but upon plugging it in I noticed that there was a dead column of subpixels. I engaged their customer support team that same night for a resolution.

Within roughly 12 hours, I was connected to Reynold, one of their manufacturer specialist. He was absolutely superb! He set up an RMA with their original vendor and generated a FedEx label so I didn't have to be reimbursed for shipping. I'm a little bit miffed that I have to ship the television back out for replacement rather than having a local technician repair it, but if shipping had to be a factor, Reynold made the situation as painless as possible. The entire process took less than 48 hours from receiving the television initially to dropping it back off with FedEx, and it didn't cost me a penny out of pocket!

If I receive a like condition television back in fully working condition in a timely manner, I will update this review and probably nudge the rating up to a full five stars. As it stands, my experience with the company has been nothing but positive, just unfortunately slightly marred by receiving a defective product.

Update 2025-01-09: I have since received an LG G2 OLED 55" as a replacement unit, as the vendor that Beach Camera was selling for didn't have a same model replacement. This is above and beyond customer service, and while I did have to ask for updates a few times along the way both Sohnen (the vendor) and Beach Camera were very transparent through the replacement process. Reynold went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction. I would absolutely buy electronics through Beach...

I bought the DJI Neo from Beach Camera via Amazon. Purchase was smooth and so was the delivery. I bought it for my toddler thinking instead of me chasing him with a camera. Why not let this AI enabled drone do it? Also the fact I'm never in the shot. This drone will allow me to interacted without being mindful of where I setup my camera.

Well, it turns out capturing both of us was great, but when it tries to follow him. He would constantly out run it and worse. Instead of being in front of it so it can recognize and follow. He hilariously kept standing right underneath and initiate landing sequence on his head (it's totally safe.) Needless to say the drone couldn't follow through all his antics. It was as good as me running behind with a camera. So alas I decided to return it

Initially there was some confusion about return time limit but Belle & Maria Luisa was able to get that rectified asap and got my return completed.

I am still looking into getting a drone and without a doubt I will get it from company who has people like Belle & Maria commiting to a level of service above and even beyond expectations.

PS People on the fence about a drone with whirling blades. I strongly recommend DJI Neo. It felt very safe around my toddler and other kids in the playground with the blades completely covered.and it's relatively quiet and non-intimating.

Buy with confidence! Beach camera is a legitimate seller. Beach Camera offered a wonderful deal on a brand new factory sealed Sony A95L 77”, which I accepted. I was shocked at how good the deal was and wondered if the seller would process the order slowly or use slow shipping, cut corners, or perhaps have unresponsive customer service. I could not be happier with my experience! I purchased on December 26 and the TV shipped the next day. The TV arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the packaging was undamaged from shipping. I requested customer service assistance on a billing question. Dianne, Rizalyn, and Runabelle assisted at various times. The issue was tracked in a ticket with each of them working the ticket on their respective shifts. Communication did not break down at any point. Beach Camera seems to have extended customer service hours, at least during peak seasons, because the ticket would be updated at various times like in the morning, midday, and around midnight. Dianne, Rizalyn, and Runabelle were polite, helpful, and responsive. Beach Camera resolved my concern so that I was completely satisfied. I have no complaints about Beach Camera and will be giving them a first look for my next purchase, which will be an LG...
