come to this Chickfila all the time, and have multiple times at night an hour before closing and my food is always good. came today at 9:15 and ordered my usual deluxe spicy without pickles. they put pickles in my sandwich so I went through again to get my order fixed. no biggie I understand mistakes happen. I get my new sandwich and it weirdly tastes like pickles (I hate pickles and Iām very sensitive to the taste). I think I must still have the taste of the old sandwich in my mouth, but I smell the bun and it smells like pickles. They had taken pickles out of the sandwich and given it to me. What the hell? A new order is a fresh order, especially when Iām asking you to leave something out of the sandwich. On top of that itās a deluxe and itās missing tomatoes, and the bun was cold and not toasted or buttered at all. I wouldnāt complain at any other fast food place but this is Chickfila and every sandwich I have gotten from them has been hot and perfect. So disappointing and left pissed because I was not about to go through again and sound like a Karen. Also fries were so obviously stale I didnāt even finish them. Iāve been a regular Chick-fil-A customer and often order the Southwest Salad with chicken and two dressings. Tonight, I also added a large fruit salad to my order, spending about $18. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
When I arrived at my night shift job and opened my food, I realized the salad was missing key ingredients no beans, no corn items that are normally part of this salad. On top of that, I didnāt receive any dressing at all, despite specifically ordering two. The large fruit salad was fine, but the main item I look forward to was incomplete.
For the prices consumers are paying these days, receiving a half-prepared meal is unacceptable. I expect Chick-fil-A to maintain their usual quality and attention to detail, especially for a menu item I order regularly. After dealing with customer service he tells me he submitted my claim to the store for them to handle the refund and I need to wait to hear from them. So itās handled at a store level? This is confusing. So chik-fil-a, a multiBillion dollar business, thatās a āBā, fraudulently takes my money and me, barely even a thousandaire, needs to wait for the Billionaire company to refund my money that I never authorized them to take on their schedule.
