Mor Furniture for Less — Attraction in El Cajon

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MOR FUNITURE FOR LESS. They are not eithical and they have No CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE REPOST THIS!!!!!!! Based on my experience purchasing an adjustable bed and mattress… I STRONGLY SUGGEST… NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH… MOR FIRNITURE FOR LESS. They lied on everything. Price quoted by salesperson changed and was increased after I was “turned to the closer/general manager. Delivery was agreed at purchase to be following Sunday. That changed via a text. When mattress was delivered, I pointed out to the driver that the mattress looked to be separating and had a bulge. He said, he hoped it would flatten out. If not, call Mor Furniture For Less. Mattress did flatten, but large bumps appear when the head or foot is elevated. I contacted Mor and asked for the telephone number of the El Cajon store. They said NO THEY DON’T GIVE OUT OR HAVE THAT TELEPHONE NUMBER. What??? They said they needed to send out an independent adjuster. The mattress I tested at Mor did not have any bumps when elevated. I offered to pay the difference and purchase a better mattress. Mor said it is not their mattress and they contacted the manufacturer… who turned down the claim… twice. I was never allowed to speak with the manufacturer. So, they simply said they they would do nothing for me. Here are some pictures of their mattress that (according to them) is normal. PLEASE COPY AND POST ON ALL YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA… DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOR FUNITURE FOR LESS!!!!! I do not see where I can upload pictures. Wish I could. It is obvious to any reasonable person that the mattress Mor sold to me is defective, separated and has big bulges when elevated. I also filed a BBB COMPLAINT. This place is horrible! A joke! As Byron’s comments mentioned, they lie to your face on what they are selling. Bad product quality and customer service is very poor. I purchased a dinning table and the protection plan was added. They insisted and insisted to sell the protection plan and lie about how that protecting plan works. Stated that if something was to go wrong, another table will be sent. What a joke. I had to make a claim as my child made some scratches on the table but they sent someone to try to cover the scratches and said it was all fixed. Really?? That was horrible. I didn’t not agree with what was done and demanded an exchange. Well, they came to do the exchange four times but they brought tables that were even worse. I had to fight and fight as they will just bring parts. Customer was awful and they kept redirecting the calls back and forth. This has been going on since February and still going on. I will be getting a new table as I did not let them get away with their lies. They had to approve a re-selection. I DO NOT recommend this place. The quality is very poor. The chairs’ cushion have already ripped from the seems. I mentioned that ans their answer was to make another claim. Are you kidding?!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FURNITURE STORE....

My boyfriend and I came here to replace our very old and hilarious sectional. We had a great time shopping and checking out all of the choices. Jami was very nice and realized that we wanted our space to explore. She checked on us every so often to see if we needed anything and to answer our questions. She also brought out a measuring tape for us, which changed our whole shopping experience. We ended up with a beautiful floor model sectional and check out was very simple. We also got a great deal on it for Memorial Day. We never felt uncomfortable or pushed during the process. The couch came in a little over a week. Something happened and there was a one day delay, which actually worked out so much better for us. The men who came were very swift and did a great job putting the couch in. No damage or scratches to our dark, real wood floors. We were also surprised to get the beautiful pillows, as they were not mentioned at any time. We usually buy antique and second hand furniture, so this was a first experience for us. I would definitely recommend this furniture store and will be returning in 10-20+ years when this sectional becomes hilarious and gets chucked to the curb. Thank you Jami and the...
