I bought a beautiful ring for myself as a divorce gift in 2018. Unfortunately, less than 2 weeks later 2 stones fail out. Luckily, I found both of them soon after and returned them to store immediately. Without, question they took them and had the 2 fallen out stones and ring sent out to be restored. In March of 2020 during Covid19 2 stones fell out again; back to back. Unfortunately, I was unable to find either. Having worn a ring on that finger for over 30 years I felt naked without wearing one. Of, I was embarrassed thinking maybe someone may have knowest my 2 missing stones; Besides, Kevin Jewelers inside store malls had been closed. After, Kevin Jewelers had reopened I immediately returned my ring and expressed all of the above. By, this time my ring had been snagged a few times and bent a little around the edge due to missing stones of course. The jeweler sales person immediately made insinuating accusations about the little dent at the corner of my ring as to why my stones had fallen out. I, immediately mentioned to him that I had paid perhaps 3or4 Thousand for that ring and merely days after that 2 stones had fallen out and that they had repaired my ring. He then checked his computer data and wittiness my truth. He told me that he would send my ring out somewhere and that he would see what they say. He mentioned that he will let me know in about 6weeks. I told him to remind whom ever of my negative experience with that same ring only days after purchase. STILL NAKEDLY WAITING. Read moreMy husband went in to buy me a ring for my birthday. My husband had previously bought other jewelry at Kevin’s for me so he thought he would try again. This time the salesman’s name was Milton. My husband picked out a ring and took it home and immediately got a call from Milton who said the ring my husband bought was not a genuine emerald and they had made a mistake. My husband rushed back down to Kevin’s with the fake ring that he had paid full price for. My husband found another ring that he liked and Milton said he would give him a free ring sizing as compensation for the mistake. His manager George came in and asked Milton if he would give my husband the free ring sizing and George agreed as they looked at the computer screen. When my husband went to purchase the ring, he found that Milton had added the full price of the ring sizing along with the purchase price. My husband made Milton remove the ring sizing from the price and said he would rather pay for it later since apparently it wouldn’t be free as promised. My husband finished the purchase and Milton still insisted that he gave my husband something for free. This upset my husband and he told Milton he was a liar because this contradicted the receipt. The manager George had left and was nowhere in sight. I love the ring however we will be making no more purchases at Kevin’s Jewelry. The manager was complicit in the rip-off in regard to the ring sizing and Milton would not admit his lie. I would not recommend...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the staff. George even remembered me from last year when I purchased my husband's wedding ring! Unfortunately, my wedding ring was stolen and George took the time to understand my needs and guided me through their beautiful selection of jewelry with immense knowledge and passion.
George was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights into the different pieces. He made me feel heard and was full of joy!!! He uplifted our spirits after having my ring stolen and had us smiling and laughing. I truly appreciated his no-pressure approach; it allowed me to make my decision with confidence.
When we finally found the perfect piece, that matched my previous set, I left feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also valued as a customer.
