Weāve had eyes on this place since they put the sign up. Hesitant because of the reviews here. But after they got a few stars up we gave it a shot. Itās pretty good! Our waitress Sara was very friendly and knowledgeable of their offerings. We liked everything she recommended to us. We had the Shack-olada in strawberry and orange. I had the orange, it reminded me of an Orange Julius. I loved it. A bit expensive for a mocktail however.
The fried pickles are amazing, the pickle to batter ratio is just right. The Cajun fries are to die for, especially with their ranch, which is amazing. We had the lobster roll as a main course. Nice buttery bread, generous lobster portion, and warm butter. Great value for what it was. We also ordered the scallop bowl. I got Mild but still got a mighty kick of cayenne. It was too much for me, but I have zero spice tolerance. The scallops were nice and soft and the noodles were bouncy. We had the cornbread and ice cream dessert. I like it. However I think the ratio of ice cream to everything else is off. It would do with a single scoop of ice cream.
The one gripe with the food I had is that the corn cobs had a few brown spots. Theyāre probably fine, but not everyone loves cosmetic flaws on their produce.
The decor is fine. There is nothing wildly offensive or anything about this place. Even the other staff that werenāt assigned to us were very friendly and polite.
Overall, would return for some pickles and fries with lobster...

Upon walking in, I was digging the decor...simple but the theme was fun. I was greeted right away and seated rather quickly. My awesome server, Casey, crushed it when he arrived at the table. Friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Explained the menu, how to order, and how everything works. Mentioned all the specials too...its been a while since I've had an impressive server. Made ne smile as I'm big on good customer service. The crab/shrimp boil I ordered came out quick and was super yummy. Loved the Trifecta flavor and the spice/heat level at medium was perfection. Ate and watched a football game that was on the multiple TVs on the wall. Its Sunday so football and a great crab/shrimp boil paired nicely. I am a slow eater but Casey always came to check to ensure that I was not missing or needing anything. I was one happy camper and really enjoyed my experience. The pricing is comparable to other crab boil places. For two, I paid about $75 (roughly $37.50 per person) which I didn't have any issues doing because I had zero complaints in food, service, or atmosphere. I got exactly what I wanted and that to me is priceless! Thank you Angry Crab Shack...I definitely will be returning so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took my girlfriend out to eat here for her birthday since she loves seafood but was highly disappointed. first off I donāt eat seafood myself so I was really dissatisfied that they didnāt have any wings. Second she said the food was already partially cold and couldnāt even finish eating cause it got cold so quick. Third she said her shrimp and lobster was rubbery and her snow crab was really plain. The sauce she said mostly tasted like straight butter barely any other flavors for the fact the she got the house sauce. And lastly she got a desert she couldnāt even finish the ice cream tasted odd and the cookies were too stale it was a really bad experience and to top it off our service was semi good I had to keep raising my hand for things I needed itās not like it was busy but yeah I was so disappointed and for the price I highly donāt recommend it was not worth 77$ I had to end up eating fried pickles since there was no wings. If I had known before sitting down I would have gone...
