Quick Quack Car Wash — Attraction in El Paso

Update - 8/11/2025: The situation has finally been resolved. I've opted to install it myself, though I appreciate the effort to help me find a place from management. I've upped the score to a 2, but I'd have preferred if it didn't have so many hiccups in the first place.

Update - 7/15/2025: The situation has somehow gotten worse. After finally getting in contact with me after my bad review (and driving with a broken mirror for 3 weeks), they told me they'd order a new one for me. After it arrived, not only would they not install it themselves/get someone to install it (How is that my responsibility when they're the ones who broke it?), when I opened the box, it wasn't even the right mirror! This is a new car with less than 3000 miles and they can't even get me the proper replacement, let alone also expect me to pay for proper installation.

Original - 7/1/2025: Normally I've had no problem with them, but since they've broken my side mirror it's been radio silence. I've called the listed number multiple times to try to "escalate the issue" with no contact whatsoever from the store. It's been broken since 6/14, so it's been nearly 3 weeks without contact. Terrible...

The new location opened up on the west side of El Paso and I’ve been looking forward to checking them out. I typically go to Mr Carwash across the street but needed a quick wash for my wife’s car. That’s when I met twiddle dumb and twiddle dumber. They were nice at first and asked if I wanted to try the $9.99 membership for the first month, I declined and asked for the $12.99 basic wash. I get that they need to push the membership and it didn’t bother me when twiddle dumb kept trying to push getting the membership. After the 5th or 6th time I said I just want the $12.99 wash, at that point the little boy said that I should just leave or go somewhere else. I was shocked and asked him to repeat himself and again he advised me to go elsewhere. I asked for a manager and this is when I met twiddle dumber with a bad $2 Edgar haircut. I told him the story and he said ya just go somewhere else. At that point I realized that he was just another common worker. I then asked for a manager again and got another little girl who wasn’t much help but advised me to comeback in the morning. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS JOKE OF A CARWASH. I have the most expensive membership on my truck they told me do you have another car we'll give you a free wash and if you like it add your 2nd car for $5. I said I'm buying a new car in a couple days can I take up the free wash offer once I get my new car? Eric said yes of course. I came back the new manager said we fired eric because he would do things like that so you can't have a free wash but pay $5 and we'll add the car. I said give me the free wash as promised and I'll add after they then said how about $1 for a month. I said how about give me what was promised. They then said how about 1st month free then 37 a month after? I said how about one free wash and then let me decide as promised. She then said nope I'm the manager (yet she did call someone above her and was talking crap about me to them) i will be canceling my current membership and you lost my 2nd car.
