For the last month I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session 2x a week with Felix, an exceptional massage therapist who uses stretching, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy to create a truly rejuvenating and healing experience.

On the first session he took the time to listen to my concerns and customize the session to address my specific needs.

The sessions are absolutely amazing. Starting with gentle stretching to warm up my muscles and loosen any tension. This was followed by a deep tissue massage that worked out all the knots and kinks in my muscles. I was particularly impressed by his ability to apply the perfect amount of pressure, finding just the right balance between deep tissue work and relaxation.

The hydrotherapy component of the session was an added bonus. The warm water jets helped to soothe my muscles and further enhance the massage experience. I felt like I was floating on a cloud by the end of the session.

Today I had the pleasure of receiving a 75-minute massage from Felix and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a sense of relaxation wash over me, and that feeling only intensified as the session progressed.

I would like to think of myself as a fair person and if you are anything like me then you are not expecting more than to leave the massage table feeling physically better than you arrived.

However, after leaving felix I felt way better. I have never had hydro therapy, hot stones, a massage machine that was padded, and strong hands used to break up the knots and relieve the stress.

Being a former collegiate athlete massaging it something I’m used too but massage therapy never really had it until yesterday.
