E CITY VAPES: On March 2, 2015 @9:00 p.m I purchased a 20w E leaf istick from E City Vapes. The night of my purchase I was told that the item I bought came with a 30-day "in store" warranty and a additional 60-day manufacturers warranty. On March 14th @ 4:00p.m the fire button on my iStick stops working. I gather all components including receipt and return back to the store ready to activate my "in-store" warranty. The owner then begins to ask me 21 questions as if it was my fault the battery stopped working. He then precedes to package all components including recipient into the box and tells me he has to send my unit off to get fixed and it would be at least a month before I would get it back. A little confused at this point I asked him if he is going to write a letter of receival for the item I purchased. He says "What, you dont trust me?" I told him I did not feel comfortable giving him the merchandise and receipt leaving me we no way to prove my purchase. The owner then precedes to laugh in my face and walks into the back room. When he returns he has a blank sheet of paper and begins to call me over to him as if he was calling a dog. I then told him upfront and to the point that he was not going to be disrespectful to me in that way and that he needed to adjust his tone with me. After making sure he understood that he was not going to talk to me that way, I tell him that he lied about his 30-day in store warranty. That "in store" is right now and I could do the same return he was going to do but save gas not riding to his store to do it. After a few more exchanged words, I have had enough and decided to return the item myself. DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment unless you like being waited on by a unpatriotic disrespectful and overall rude staff. I will never buy from E CITY...

   Read moreThey have a wide selection of merchandise and most of it is quite affordable. The store is organized very well so that the vast selection of items and products wasnât overwhelming. When we walked in we were greeted and soon asked if we needed help. They answered all the questions we had and were very personable.
