Bebe Nails — Attraction in Elizabeth

Very inconsistent pricing for a full set short nails they ask Bebe how much she’ll say what ever price she desires on the wall full set say 25& up I got basic set with gel polish total 40$. They are very slow in this place over 3 hrs for a pedicure and full set. Bebe will skip you and do who ever nails she wants . Then make you wait on the next nail person. I arrived at 9am I didn’t leave until 10:45 I was only able to get pedicure. Then came back at 2:30 she said come now I’m just leaving at 3:45 pm. They are nice people but the business itself is unprofessional. I’ve tried 4 times with this place. Another time I went I got 7 crystal on my nail they charge 10$ each nail even if you get small diamonds. Very over priced and inconsistent. . I’m not one to bash buisness but this time my experience was horrible. The owner Bebe is being loud w of customers telling me look at the price wall for a price that isn’t even posted. For 5 minutes I’m looking for the 40$ price on the wall she tells me don’t worry next time I’ll make the sign big for you. Mind you the price she gave me is not posted on the wall. She tried to embarrass me in front of other people. She even got nasty with a worker in front of customers because she was late. I truly feel bad for the woman working under such unprofessionalism. Another incident my nail broke 3 days after getting a new set they tell you come and we’ll fix. When you get there they charge you for the bad quality they are giving. Again the ladies that provide service are very nice but the work is lot great I’m pretty sure they are tired over worked and under paid. Sadly I can not do business here no longer. I went to get my nails taken off I wanted extentions but the nail tech said it could wrapped. She asked if I wanted pedicure I said yes because she said I had 3 people in front of me. I sat in the pedicure chair I was there for awhile until someone came to cut my nail. She cut them off I was just like I thought she explained that I was getting my nail wrapped she apologized. Nothing could be done they were already gone. Then she l came back to soak my nails. My nails soaked for awhile still waiting for my pedicure. She finally came back to drill then soak. She started on my feet my feet aren't the issue they are fine. The problem is she drilled a big piece of acrylic hit me in the eye it was burning I was in pain I asked for wet paper towel she brought dry. I had to go wet the paper towel go in the bathroom flush my eyes because it had acetone on it and pull a huge piece of acrylic out my eye. Then she apologized and finished get the acrylic off I was in severe pain but let them finish I told the male tech I would go to the er afterwards. I asked about extentions he said why dont I get tips I said I don't want tips I then found out they don't do jail so I opted for just a manicure. So the person that did my pedicure and took my nails off did my manicure. My nails looked horrible they started chipping after one day. I went to the er was there for 8hrs was given medicine for pain and inflammation of the eye. I will never go back there again. I still was not enough to tip but I would not recommend this place. $65 plus tip...

I am in total disbelief as of now ... I got a full set of acrylic nails .. I noticed the artificial nails the guy place on my fingers wasn’t the size of my nail shape at all which causes lifting .. I also noticed the acrylic application was sloppy and rushed (acrylic around my nail bed )which also causes lifting .. Within days after getting my nails done one of my tips came off.. Which I called and Bebe courtesy fixed my nail .. Two days after Bebe fixed my nail two more nails broke off .. etc including the nail she fixed for me .. Today would have made two weeks since I got my nails done and my nails didn’t even last two weeks .. I literally have on one nail at this time .. I am highly disappointed at this time . These nails was a waste of money .. I had acrylic nails last me for months at a time ... I will not be returning here for acrylic nails anymore . I will spend my money somewhere else where they take pride in doing...
