This review is regarding the Coach outlet with the male apparel. I visited this location on May 28th 2022 around 3:30 pm. Upon entry I was not greeted yet two people were standing at the door. The only way I got assistance was when I asked the young wearing the glasses at the door a question. She did assistance me with a item selection. As she was checking for an item for me, I attempted to ask another female associate with curly hair a question. I tired to get the associate attention multiple times but she bluntly ignored me. She looked me in my face and turned to assist another customer who didn't ask for help. I guess she didn't like the fact I was inquiring about Pride apparel. Another nice male associate assistance with my question. He was very nice. I asked the young lady who was assisting me with my item to assistance me with a track pak purchase. She informed me she was was working on the floor, so I had to look for it online. Well I looked online the item was sold out. I was so frustrated.I called a Coach outlet in my state inquiring about my request item this particular associate would not assist me purchasing. Read moreI initially had a great experience and dealt with friendly staff on the floor, which is why I’d purchased anything that day - the woman went way out of her way to find me a a blue purse. Upon review of my receipt i realized the cashier had used the wrong barcode of a higher priced item, so I returned for a price adjustment and happened to find another bag to purchase. The cashier was braindead, couldn’t even make up a reason why my address was needed for a price adjustment so I decided to just return the wallet and buy the new bag. After about 3/4 uses the clasp on the bag just fell off 🤭. So on top of the hit or miss customer service, the outlet products aren’t of worthwhile quality. I emailed coach and they advised they have a 1 year warranty and will repair the product at no cost. Please do not buy products from this location to be saved and used in the future - if it falls apart after the 1st year you will have to pay for repairs. Read moreMy husband and I were absolutely floored by GP's EXCELLENT customer service. GP was so inviting, helpful, respectful and made us feel like a million bucks. I was about to leave the store with nothing in my hands feeling upset but GP saved the day. He asked how he can help...and I explained what I was looking for. He checked but the item wasn't at the Woodbury common store..Let me also add that he was just filling in at that location for the day. He took all my information down and called me the next day to let me know that he had it at the Jersey gardens store where he works. I made the purchase and I was truly a happy customer and let me add again that GP went the extra mile just to make sure another customer was satisfied.
