Victoria's Secret Outlet — Attraction in Elizabeth

I went to the store on a Sunday visiting my sister. First I want to say that whoever was in charge of the sales floor and keeping it neat and tidy did amazing! Everything was organized by size it was very easy to find everything. But the checkout process was not as Smooth. After paying for all my items all of the items were thrown into the bag and crumpled all together. When I got home from visiting my sister, which keep in mind this store is three hours away from me. I noticed that an item was missing from my bag. I called the store the next business day and inform them of the situation in which they told me that I would have to drive three hours back to them and prove that I did not have the object. I informed them that I was visiting my sister from out of town and that it was not feasible for me to drive three hours and if there was some thing they could do or check. I had my receipt in hand, could name the exact object and what it looked like and size. The store in for me there was nothing they could do for me because they could not prove if I was being truthful or not. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and explained that it was not her problem. Frustrated I called corporate and explained what happened in the store. Corporate informed me that they could have checked in their system about the item and possibly even sent me a new one. Corporate did Check the address I live at and the store and also noticed I lived over three hours away and said it was not doable to drive that distance to pick up the missing item they left out of the bag. Thankfully corporate Was nice enough to understand what was going on but I will not be returning...

I visited this VS outlet recently with my sister after the holidays. During our visit the annual sale had started but thankfully we got here at opening time so the store was very organized. Every size had its own room which made shopping even more pleasant. The fitting rooms were well kept as well. My only issue was when we got on line to pay for items. The line was lengthy but it seemed to move steady. I completed my transaction without a problem and the person waiting on me was very patient as I priced everything. However, I didnt appreciate that the cashier completeing my sisters transaction kept pressuring her to apply for a VS card. I have no problem with the fact that she spoke to her about the card but I didnt appreciate her lieing to my sister to get her to say yes. I have been a VS card holder against my better judgement for years so I am pretty clear on the details. So I was shocked to overhear the cashier tell my sister that the card was only a discount card and not a credit card. She also stated that there were no fees associated with the card! But the time I could get to where my sister was the process was already started for the card but I definitely will make it my priority to report this to VS...

Very very disappointing experience. Waited on line for three hours. Got there an hour before store opening, and had 13 people in front of me. By the time store opened, Chinese people had cut in line at front to join their friends who saved them spots on line. The store only allowed 14 people in store at a time. The Chinese people went in the store for 3 hours, bought shopping carts from other stores filled with items and then have the carts to their friends outside the store and went back to keep shopping. Other Chinese people in their group stayed by the counter and did not shop, strategically not to let any other people waiting in line to enter the store, until their friends had finished shopping. Meanwhile the line outside the store grew from 50 people to 100 people. I voiced my frustration the the store manager about this issue but he refused to do anything. He said it happens all the time and there is nothing you can do about it. Very very dissapointing. Would only recommend going to this store if you get there as soon as the shopping centre opens and bring 15 friends to get on line first before those Chinese people do....
