Nike Factory Store - Jersey Gardens — Local services in Elizabeth

Will be definitely going through corporate with this complaint, but this was my experience at this location for today. 1st my family and I waited in a 20 min line just to get inside to buy sneakers for my husband and daughter. My husband needed more shoes than my daughter. 2nd once inside my husband and I split up with him going to the Men's Section and me to the Kids'. There were absolutely nothing in the kids section as far as choices were concerned. The men's on the other hand had a huge variety. Well my husband took his time to look around for his sneakers and in the process found 6 shoes he wanted to try on. We took all those boxes and sat down so he could try them on. Apparently I guess that was too many to try on at a time because the staff started to swarm our area and look our way as he tried them on. We were there for about an hour because he also had to send them back for a larger size because of the cut. It became apparent when we went near the register and my daughter wanted a sweatshirt. My husband and I started discussing what size would be best and in an instant 2 workers came within 5 min and just stared at us making us very uncomfortable. I wanted to throw the stuff down and walk out if that's how they were going to act but my husband let my daughter try the sweatshirt on to make sure it fit. I know I wasn't hallucinating with my thoughts because my husband noticed it too esp when trying on the shoes there were 5 employees gawking at us. This is not how you treat customers who are willing to spend money in your store where it can easily close down and you...

I went to the Nike store in this location today. I found a pair of Vapormax in the store, so I asked the staff how much does the shoes cost, that staff didn't even price check for me. He just guess the price and told me it's $190 lol. It has the 20% off, so it would become $152. Anyway, I still want to purchase it. Then I took it to the cashier to check out. That cashier scanned the shoes and said $135. I was thinking to myself "oh it's even cheaper than what the staff told me". I took the $50 MVP card out to apply against this purchase, so i just need to pay for $85. The cashier was horrible, she said I need to purchase more than $150 in order to use this card. She's so rude. I always purchase from Nike, I know how does this MVP card works. So I told her I am qualify to use this card. She said "NO, YOU CAN'T, SPEAK TO MY MANAGER". I said, "OK, let me speak to your manager". Then I talked to the manager, he said I can use the MVP, I am qualify for it. Then this girl was still acting rude and giving me a "who cares face". So the manager check out the shoes for me. I just want to purchase a pair of shoes and I had to experience the horrible service and seeing the "WHO CARES FACE". Anyway, I don't understand why do they have to hire some kind of incompetent people. They should get fire, they don't qualify working for customer...

Long story short. My wife was shopping in the Nike store in Jersey Gardens mall on Friday, she was with my 11 month year old son. She was looking to buy him nice sneakers for when we visit Brazil in 3 weeks. As she was trying on shoes for him someone quickly must have went inside her purse and took her wallet. When she went to pay for the shoes is when she realized her wallet was gone. She immediately told the Nike staff and also made a police report. The Nike staff said they would check the cameras but wouldn’t allow us to go with them. The man came out less then 5 minutes later and said he checked the cameras and didn’t see anything. I don’t even think they checked. They were very rude with us And looked at us as if we were annoying them. We were told we have to wait until Monday for the police to check. I called the store today just to ask if anyone turned her wallet in. The man told me nobody turned anything in and then just hung up the phone on me! Very rude. The biggest problem that we have is along with my wife’s drivers license, bank cards, credit cards, and $200 cash she had in her wallet, it also had her Green card!!! Which without she won’t be able to enter back into the country. I am highly dissatisfied with the whole Nike store experience....
