⭐️ (1/5) Jersey Gardens Mall was one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Everywhere I went inside this mall, I encountered rude attitudes and unprofessional behavior. It honestly feels like most employees here either hate their job or simply don’t care about providing good service. The level of mediocrity when it comes to customer service is unbelievable.

This is exactly why more people prefer to shop online these days—because the in-person experience has become so unpleasant. At this mall, it’s like everyone is walking around with a chip on their shoulder, and they take it out on the customers who are actually trying to spend money there. Instead of making people feel welcome, the atmosphere is negative, frustrating, and uninviting.

The movie theater was no better—if anything, it was worse. The staff there had the same rude, dismissive attitude, and it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable outing. It’s clear that management isn’t holding anyone accountable for the customer experience, and that shows throughout the entire mall.

If you’re looking for a pleasant shopping or entertainment experience, this is NOT the place to go. I would never recommend this mall to anyone, and I will not be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and shop online or find another mall where the staff actually cares about their job and respects...
