16 Handles — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Walked in with my girlfriend who asked for a cone which was $1.50 extra charge, and to weight it properly had a metal holder which weight a little over 10 of the total 19 ounces. The cashier charged for 19 ounces on top of the $1.50 for the cone. When removing the cone I noticed it still weighted over 10 ounces meaning the cashier never tared it. When I noticed he quickly removed the metal holder and turned around.

We came and filled up our cups with frozen yogurt, only to come to the counter and have the employees deny us any sauces because "they've already cleaned the bottles" more than half an hour before closing. They said we can throw away our yogurts. This is the second time this happened to us at 16 handles. When asked the employees if the owner knows they do this, they replied that these were the owner's instructions. If this is how customers are treated at 16 handles, I will never come...
