Had a crappy time there today. Went there for a new micro wave, and about 300.00 bucks worth of winter clothes, and bath and kitchen supplies. Went to appl. first and found the one I wanted, walked over to front desk and informed her I wanted to buy one, and needed help. She intercommed something or somebody, I returned to appl. to get assistance. Observed at least 3 people on the floor. and 1 blue shirt boy that had a zombie gate and appearence. Now, 15 min. isnt a long time, if your drinking coffee with friends, but, its TOO darn long to just wait for service. I left, exspessed my frustration, and went down the street and spent a little more, but got great service. Ive been a member for quite a while, disappointed in how management is running this store. Bi-mart in Ellensburg has stood the test of time. Just like the customer who shop here daily or weekly. This is by membership only( which by the way isn't much)so you have to show your card while entering. They have great deals every week on all kinds of goods from food to sporting supplies. They also have in house pharmacy which has a really nice staff on hand. I've been a member for over 25 years and I never get sick of checking my card on lucky number Tuesday to see if I'm the lucky winner of something nice or something that doesn't really get me to excited. Went yesterday and there was a rude female older age 50+ I had asked her about a product I was going to buy she seemed bothered by me asking her a question. Then answered it in a rude fashion. Then she was yelling at my son for sitting on a patio furniture set. She stated"You can't do that". My son is 11 and respectful. As I was standing there trying to figure out how much the patio set would cost she never offered too help me. She just scolded my son?
