Very nice staff and always wanting to help. If you are old skool picky like my husband and I this is your place to go. If your looking for a specific strain or a percentage. Just tell the staff and they will get your contact info and give you a heads up when it's in. IF the vape pens leak, they do offer a refund if you can prove it. however, you're not supposed to bring the product into the store. Give them a call.. 😁 With all that said they do have issues too, but their wanting to be the Best store for you. there are deals and they support other local shops.. it's definitely not the worst shop. Falsely advertised 10% off of our purchase also. As we were checking out I mentioned “oh that’s awesome you’re doing 10% off for people who went to event, WE just came from there”.. I paid for the order and had the chick break a $5 so I could still tip; tipped a $1 only to find out that I didn’t receive my original discount!! — disappointing..

I was frequent customer, until the last two visits, customer service sucks with two new women , 😑 last 1 year this place is going downhill. They dont ask for numbers anymore for points , especially the long black hair chick , and the last visit, my 63 year old friend went in for hash / or Keif, they sold her dabs, the woman with blonde/colored hair must not want to give good service to the elderly, my 63 year old friend dont have a Dab rig nor should she put crystal dabs on her weed .
