NT NAILS EMERYVILLE — Attraction in Emeryville

Ann did my nails today and OMG I love them so much! She did them so fast and not in a rushing manner. I gave her a photo for reference and I said I want this but a short coffin and she made it happen and they are so stinking cute! This was my 3rd time coming here and the last time I think Tina did my toes. Listen I am a basic girl, I like a pinky nude and white on my hands and a French tip on my toes always. My toes are the best I’ve ever had them done and I’ve been to many places here in SF, Burlingame, Oakland, Walnut Creek, and Antioch, these are the best! The last time I believe cherry did my nails and they came out super cute however I chose a shape I’m not fond of (almond isn’t my thing) that’s not her fault however the nails came out beautiful still. I get gel x. It’s just what I am used to but they’ve always still shaped my nails which I appreciate. They do fills on gel x which I didn’t know was possible so I will try a fill never time because I got 2 full set back to back (my natural nails still felt strong and not brittle btw). They are always very nice, prices are good, not too expensive, and the service is top tier. In terms of pictures, hands and are from Ann today and cherry who did my nails 2 weeks ago (I’m rough with my hands so 2 weeks is normal for me)! 1,000,000/10 I highly recommend this place! Came in here as a walk-in (called hours before and they told me to go at a certain time) to get gel-x nails with a specific design in mind. I arrive on time and sat in front of a nail tech named Peter. He asked for what shape I wanted and proceeded to fit my nails without much else. This process felt rushed to me and kind of careless. Even now (4 days later) there’s excess resin/product I had to file down on my own. They did not specialize in nail care when getting gel-x or design (at least in my experience). Prep is what makes the nails look better and last longer but I felt like they were trying to get you out of there asap. As a result I don’t feel like my nails will last long and it doesn’t look as professional as I’d like.

They switched me to a nail tech specializing in design (Crystal) & I enjoyed that experience more. They were trying to achieve the look I wanted but because of the nail shape and length I chose we ended up with a different design that I liked as well. They were accommodating and thoughtful!

Overall an okay experience… Don’t know if I’ll come back or recommend for what I got and for how much ($90 + tip) except to go to Crystal...

I was looking for a place that would rival my previous go to, as I have moved. This is the place for me! Wonderful nail art!! ...she (wish I had caught her name) was very good with working with me, but wouldn't let me give her directions that would mess up my nails. My nails are so pretty! I can't stop looking at them. She even made my least favorite fingers look good. It is, likely, the best job someone has ever done for me. My only regret was not bringing more to tip, which, by the way, they didn't even bat an eyelash at.

Second Visit: I wanted to add a second review. Ann was so good at fixing up my nails. She even giggled when we were both commenting about how cute the manicure was.

The pedicure was excellent!! This was the best pedicure I have had for a while. The detail and willingness to make sure I was getting what I wanted was fantastic. My feet still feel silky and moisturized! ...and, TBH, the pricing is...
