Whole Foods Market Northern California Regional Office — Attraction in Emeryville

I had the worst Customer Service experience ever trying to contact this office! The 1 star is because I don't have a choice for anything lower!

Given that the customer service person I talked with at a Whole Foods store couldn't help, and because (I am guessing) the issue I want to raise is more of a regional or corporate issue, I tried calling (844) 936-8255 which is listed as both the Corporate Customer Service number and the Northern California Regional Office number (where I am).

Upon getting connected, the very first thing, without an option to skip it, was a long commercial !!! When finally I got to an agent, I could hardly hear her. Also, after every statement I made, there was a long total silence, as though I had lost the connection and had to ask if she was still there! She was! And I learned that the reason the connection was so awful was because she was "offshore" (what she told me) and apparently with a very poor phone service! The experience was so painful and such a waste of time that I gave up on talking about the main issue I had called about!

Then I thought I'd try their online chat. It made me wait for a very long time to be connected to the "next available agent", and when that didn't happen I gave up, and hence this review.

Shocked and very disappointed to see that a business owned by one of the most profitable companies in the world can't do...

Had to take them to small claims(and won) for a week of pay because Juliane Ugo refused to research my case and instead, (wrongly) automatically refused it relentlessly. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Terrible company to work for, and their northern ca regional office is of the same caliber. If this company refuses to pay you for time worked, just take them to court and have the sherrifs office serve them in-store like I did. Well worth the fee just for the satisfaction, and you can get it back in the settlement (court costs). I wish them well in their future...

this is not a whole foods market It is the third time Google has sent me to this location thinking I could do grocery shopping. whole foods needs to update theor corporate offices across the country on Google maps to make sure they do not have open hours of operation on Google maps so that customers will not be sent to this office. I've also suggested edits to the name to start with "regional office of whole foods corporation" instead of whole foods. Reduce the likelihood of Google maps suggesting this location when you are on route to another...
