Knight Library, University of Oregon — Attraction in Eugene

The University of Oregon Library is absolutely one of the most beautiful buildings on campus! The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s a perfect place to work and study, with plenty of quiet spaces and ample outlets for laptop charging. The library’s architecture is a stunning tribute to early 20th-century design, featuring a beautiful array of carved faces around its exterior, representing influential figures throughout history. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind, reading room is excellent, and they have extensive and awesome collections. I have spent many productive hours in the beautiful reading room, and also got much use out of the stacks during my time there.

Great place to study and relax. The atmosphere is calming and there are so many hidden nooks and crannies where one can hide away with some books. I’m not sure if it’s open during covid but I’ve spent many an hour either at a desk, sitting by a big window, or in one of their study rooms. Love the...
