The food is really good, which is why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. The service is awful, at least in the past year. It used to be good service, if I remember correctly.
My friend and I ordered a pizza to go, and we requested extra of an ingredient. Not only did they not give us extra, they didnât give us any at all. And yet we were charged a few dollars for the missing ingredient. Didnât realize until we got home. I called to complain, so they offered me 25% off my next order. I figured that would add up to more than the cost of the ingredient so I accepted that.
My same friend and I went in and this time chose to eat in the store. After we ordered, we waited for more than 45 min before finally going to the counter to ask where our food was. Turns out they rang it in as a phone in order and it had been sitting on top of the oven for the last 30 min. It was now lukewarm. We ate it anyway because we were on a time crunch.
The last time, I called to order a salad for pick up. I was immediately placed on hold. I started walking to the restaurant while waiting on hold. I was able to walk all the way there and was still on hold by the time I got up to the counter. This would be fine if they were busy, but there was no one in the store. Nobody was even at the front counter. I came up to the counter and a girl (who has had a major attitude every time Iâve dealt with her) stuck her head out of the kitchen and then came to take my order. It appeared she had forgotten that she had placed my on hold quite awhile ago.
I keep coming back because I like the food a lot, but the service is absolutely atrocious. They should hire new people, or at the very least get someone without an attitude problem to...

In my latest (and final) experience with the Pegasus Campus location, the following occurred: I called in an advance order, spoke with Elisa C. and requested it be ready between 11:45 - 11:50. I was told it would be ready then. I arrived at 11:46. I waited at the counter for FIVE MINUTES before Elisa C. appeared, without an apology for making me wait. My Pizza was not ready and I was told it would be brought out. I paid $30+ dollars and sat down to wait. AND WAIT. AND WAIT. I went up to the counter again and after waiting for several minutes in line was told it would be ready in 2-3 minutes. I waited 10 more minutes and went up AGAIN. My pizzas were sitting there. I asked Elisa C. if I could have my pizzas that were supposed to be ready 20 minutes before and was told she would bring them over. Two more minutes and she brings the pizzas over and DOES NOT APOLOGIZE for making me wait. She obviously doesn't give 2 shi+s about the fact that customers are what pays her wages. So...    Read moreDuring the 2014-15 season I am happy to say we had a great experience seeing almost every Ducks Football game at Pegasus campus location. We were so disappointed this year, particularly the night of the end season game at Alamo Bowl. Staff were unresponsive to requests to put the game on, turn the sound up so we could hear it, refusing to let customers hear the halftime commentary but instead staff played music to their liking, much louder than they allowed the game to play. Multiple complaints from many customers left them unfazed...they finally succumbed late in the 3rd quarter after apparently the magic number of people complained. Rude, eye-rolling, un-responsive customer service left me UNIMPRESSED which is quite unfortunate since they have the best G-free pizza my friends & I have ever had but watching the Alamo Bowl was more important than taste today.
