Good food. I always order from here while I'm working and have grub hub deliver and no complaints on that, went in to enjoy dinner with family after work and had horrible service. Everyone was greated and treated nicely but we were obviously judged upon arrival. The woman who took my order acted as if it was an issue ordering a soda? Asked for a water,never got that. The manager was up front and greeted EVERYONE but my family she kinda gave a dirty look. I work in customer service and really am disappointed about this service. I am not very happy about useing your group room and then being charge for 2 hour I did not know there was a charge as all we did was eat there as we were a large group just there for one of your friends birthday and we just trying to be thoughtful and there was no where elas to sit with our large group everytime I stop in there this room is never in use.I think if you allow folks to use this as a commuity room you would have much more bissness. Won't be back until this is changed as our group would use this room every month for our meeting but insented we will contuine use the Market of Choice commiuty room and buy our meals from them and do our shopping there after our...

I suppose this is an easy place to take for granted if you live in Eugene. Not everywhere has healthy fast food. I don't do the famous Yumm sauce myself as it contains almonds and I'm allergic, but they have plenty of other options that work for me like sandwiches and salads. They do to-go orders, which is a nice service although it contributes to the intense congestion around lunchtime; traffic routes in and out of the building could possibly be re-evaluated.
