So I’ve been here a few times… Service is good and fairly good prices. Today while receiving a table massage the girl broke my thin gold necklace…

Accidents happen. I like this place a lot, but I had to say something because I have to pay to get it fixed. Then don’t speak English well, so the communication barrier was a little difficult. (With Google Translate) I told them she rubbed my chain a few times and broke it. She denied it and said it just fell off. Then, the lady who broke my chain screamed and left to the back. I told them it would probably cost me $50 to get it fixed, so I asked for $20 off my massage… After a little tension the main host lady said okay, but then pointed at the tip line…. Then I’m like why would I tip if someone stormed off like that? She could have asked me to take my chain off before the massage, but flip side of the coin maybe I should have taken it off before….

I like this place, but because of that awkward situation I won’t be coming back…. Don’t think I’d get the welcome wagon back either…

At first I came in they were busy so I said I’d come back the lady yelled after me “no no no” I said I’ll be back. I was back the massage was okay. I have experienced acupressure massage before which just felt all around better. But that’s alright. BUT

NO PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE THERAPIST WOULD EVER PRESSURE YOU TO TIP.

They pretty much told me they prefer to be paid cash because of the fee that is being charged. Then I got cash at the atm for the amount (the atm charges fees as well) And paid and was about to walk out, when I heard calling after me.. the lady repeating pointing at the tip sign on the desk in front of her. I said I just got the amount from the atm that was told. I don’t have cash on me. Where she then said to me to pay tip with card. Which I did not do.

I will definitely not be back.

This visit left me uncomfortable and with question marks.

My lower back was very sore and I thought a nice massage will relieve some pain. I got a table top massage by a lady. What I thought was going to help actually didn’t do anything except make me feel worse. She more than not just rubbed her forearm on my bones, like my hips and ribs. Did she think that my hip bone was a knotted muscle?? I should have said something, but at the same time I thought she knew what she was doing. At the end she slaps my back a couple time and says “all done”. There’s so much more that I want to say but As I’m typing this, more things that didn’t seem right pop up in my head. I will say tho, my back felt a little better, the pain on the rest of my body was distracting me from...
