Art Gold Jewelry — Attraction in Everett

WOW....that's all I can say. The level of expertise and craftsmanship cannot be beat. Extraordinary skill and vision. I first contacted them after much research on finding an artisan that handicrafts jewelry from old jewelry. As soon as I called i was told, "of course, come and speak with yhe owner Ronaldo". I immediately went there, just 2 miles away, and my first impression was, wow what beautiful pieces of fine gold products, mostly all hand crafted! I am very familiar with jewelry amd jewelry stores for i come from a family of jewelers amd a grandmother who was the head designer for Monet Jewelry in Rhode Island, so for me to be immediately impressed is a lot. Not only was Ronaldo very helpful in the design of my new piece, he is sincere and humble in the quality of his work. In just 6 hours he melted an ounce of old gold jewelry and created a one of a kind beautiful cuff bracelet for me, which included setting 3 saphires and 6 diamonds, in 6 hours, who does that!!! Not only is his work incomparable to anyone, his pricing CANNOT be beat! Art Gold is now my go to jeweler and I am not one so easily satisfied and impressed. So, if you need anything at all to do with jewelry, Art Gold should be the only place you go!......And on top of it all, he did it on Christmas Eve!!!!!....And I also forgot that he made matching earrings with the extra stones...still all within the six hours, unbelievable workmanship, quality...

Do not go there!! Young lady, very nice but the older one not friendly at all and very ignorant about the job done there. I went there to takeoff one link of my silver bracelet that my partner got me for our anniversary. Simple job to do right? You’d think that until I came back and one side was significantly uneven than the other side 🤦‍♂️ . He left seven links on one side and on the other five links!! Instead of doing 6 on each side…..

Very ignorant and unprofessional. I had to stay there and waste another 40 minutes for him to figure out what to actually do!!!Thank God, they did not charge me, but then gave me a rough time when I asked for the picture they took for proof of my bracelet condition before they worked on it. They did mention that I will get it back by tomorrow, but then I asked them I needed to be done by today which they did but the quality job was terrible. They could’ve persisted that I will only get my bracelet by tomorrow instead of rushing it to give it to me back The same day. But even then if you know what you’re doing and good at your job, you would know that you need to make each side even it’s not complicated. I’ve been going to Art Gold for many years now. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help. He has made many custom pieces for us. They are unique and of high quality. Rinaldo is a very skilled, master craftsman. His work is extremely thoughtful and his pieces are made using the best materials. We most recently had him redesign a piece of jewelry.
