Main Street House of Pizza — Restaurant in Everett

Service is awful. Rude and blames the customer for the business's mistakes. On the phone we were told the price was $45 so we paid the driver, plus tip, and he drove off (side note - nothing wrong on the driver's part, he was just doing his job). Come to see that our order was wrong and when we called back to get it fixed, they said that the price was $35 and that we should've checked the bag before letting the driver go to make sure it was right. We were then told that it was all our fault that this happened and that we must have a "different menu with different prices" when we explicitly told them that we used their website to order from (so... a cop out and impossible that we had something different). Sleazy, rude, and doesn't accept responsibility for their mistakes. All over $10... it would've been SO easy to let the mistake slide if they weren't so rude and horrible to us about it. Then, the person on the phone called the driver to blame it on him!! So after we said the problem was clearly the fact that we were told one price and it was another, he STILL couldn't take the blame and passed it off to the poor kind driver who came back to our door upset. Has to be the best pizza joint in Everett hands down! One slice of their pizza is the size of 2 - 3 slices everywhere else, not kidding. It's always piping hot and fresh no matter what time of day, even when delivered. Their fries are seriously the best French fries I have ever eaten. They accommodate orders easily and willingly. My fiance likes his Italian subs toasted with the cheese melted (he's Irish, go figure 😂 ) and they do it no problem even though that's not on the menu. Their salads are always fresh and crisp. I have never had wilted or brown lettuce or mushy veggies. Their chicken is cooked perfectly and their burgers are so juicy. The mozzarella sticks from Main Street Pizza are the only ones I'll get from any fast food/pizza joint in the area. These guys know how to cook. And their prices are more than reasonable for what you get. There are so many pizza joints in and around Everett but they cant even compare to this place. I'm from Boston but moved here to Everett about 3 years ago and thought I'd never be able to get any good pizza and such from around here, which I was right, with the exception of Main...

This place was my to go pizza place, I’m not saying the food tastes bad, but, can’t stay quiet and keep buying from them, first strike was like a month ago when I didn’t want to wait for the food to be delivered and I went to pick it up, they touch the food and money with no gloves and at the same time, I let it slide and thought it was a mistake, yesterday I went and pick up my order again and they were counting money and putting it all next to uncooked pizza and in the table where they make the food!!!! Actually they threw money on the table and fell on the pizza! They just took the money that fell on the pizza, put it aside and continued as if nothing was happening, also, I ordered a half Hawaiian, half pepperoni and they just made a Hawaiian pizza and threw 3 pieces of pepperoni on top of the Hawaiian pizza and call it a day, they obviously made a mistake and instead of re making the pizza they just “fixed” it. Didn’t eat it anyways, felt discussed to be honest and definitely the last time eating...
