This small park is provided by and maintained by the Port of Everett. There are a few picnic tables and trash cans but that's about it. Many people bring their dogs and let them run on the beach. No Parks Dept. rules govern this facility so no off leash policies in or not in place. I have seen upwards of 20 dogs here and never seen any fights. A few parking spots are provided at the beginning of the trail to the park near the Port of Everett entrance. A paved path of about 1.2 miles is needed to reach the park. Many joggers, walkers, cyclists and sight seers venture to the beach here. Various wildlife sighting possibilities exist including a breeding pair of bald eagles who make this a permanent home.
There are no restroom facilities of any kind here. A well maintained porta potty was removed a few years back due to vandalism.
Park is open dawn till dusk year round unless the Port is conducting maintenance somewhere...

There's shady grassy knolls and driftwood strewn across the beach, all perfect for picnicking, as seabirds fly overhead. We went during low tide and somehow my blind eyes didn't see the sign about the sinking sand and I walked out carrying my 16-month-old and had my 3-year-old in tow and started to sink! It was my fault of course but it was an absolutely horrifying experience because both my kids were screaming and I was sank to mid-thigh and had the most difficult time getting out. I don't think I'll ever be back to...
