I like this place. But some guy who claimed that he manages this property was disrespectful to me. I seen him taking the trash out from front of the buildings.
I have been a customer of the shops for the last 3 years. And just recently. I was vacuuming out my van. He walks up to me and says "You are cleaning this up right?". All I had out was my solar panel charging my battery, my cooler upside-down, and some chips that spilled out. I said "Ya I am cleaning". He said "If you don't then I am calling the cops" as he walked away all scared.... ok then call the cops. I am not scared of the cops.
This place dropped from my favorite places to shop at. There are plenty of other shops in the city. I was born and raised in Seattle. Everett is not my home.
At this location. I did laundry. I shopped at the liqour store. I shopped at hallmark. I bought pizza many times. I shopped at oreilly. I shopped at ace hardware. I shopped at bartels. I done transactions with bank of america... Now I don't even want to shop at this area anymore...
In the last 3 years of shopping in this area and cleaning out my van... I never seen this trash guy before. I think he had a silver crossover. I should have took a photo of him and his vehicle.
I am going to to business elsewhere now. You lost me...

Basketball courts up at the YMCA camp area as well as a large field for soccer, etc. There is access to the water with no lifeguard on duty that we saw but lots of ducks so I'm sure the "beach" area was mostly full of bird poo. There is also a pretty decent Frisbee Golf course that seems pretty well maintained. The walking loop is longer than expected and not clearly marked with directions. We had to leave the park area at one point to continue the walk. It does eventually circle back into the park but for safety reasons be prepared. Bring clean drinking water and a blanket for sitting. Restrooms are available but as expected for a very wet area they are...
Read moreI love the Mexican restaurant in this business complex. The one across the street is excellent too. The one across the street may have slightly better tasting food according to a friend that's eaten at both places. I think the atmosphere is better at the restaurant in the Silver Lake Center.
Ace Hardware is great. They are a lifeline when maintaining rural property as they carry most supplies and tools you need. This is the critical stop for any home improvement you might not know everything about, as staff are great at filling in your knowledge gaps.
If you don't want any contact with or adequate assistance from store employees, Home Depot and Lowe's are...
