The frontline workers are phenomenal, and the front line workers have good service.

Management needs work.

Terrible policy on chair return. Bought a chair, sat in it for 10 minutes and felt it was flimsy. Wanted to exchange (w/i 14 day policy) for a more expensive heavier duty chair. Now I’m stuck with a POS chair that I won’t sit in because it won’t support my size.

Left a charge on my business card from a cancelled order. Said it would be gone in 24hrs (called in) and that didn’t happen. Then they said it would be 3-5 days (in store) and that didn’t happen.

One of the managers was very short with me and even hung up on me, after purposely repeating the same phrase over and over, not listening to anything I said. I would voice a concern and his response was literally, “So do you want the phone number to customer service or not?”

Simply put, I just won’t be doing...

We went it & almost missed what we were looking for. About the point of giving up we were greeted by Gabe who showed us what we didn't see. Then he informed us he could price match their own site as well. Then he carried it to the cashier while we shopped.

Upon check-out Teresa helped us and was very informative!

We'll be coming back for sure! In a world where employees huddle in the corner & and don't engage. And others don't want to work the realization that customer service is dead is real all too often.

This was a 10☆ visit & because of these two employees Office Depot/Office Max will be at the top of our list from now on!!
