Food is good but worst service in town.I really like the food so I tried to look past the service on numerous occasions. And if you want a to go order good luck.First every time I call the first thing they do is say can you hold. Before you can even answer your holding and I don’t mean for a couple minutes or even 5 minutes I’ve been put on hold for over 10 minutes. So of course I finally hang up and call back and right away before I can even talk they say hold please and I’m holding again. The servers are incompetent and rude.I don’t have all day to go into detail about every different experience but it’s a shame because the food is really good.Anyways after more than 5 different occasions I would highly Recommend Do Not Eat Here and that means dining in or carry out. This is the first time I have ever left a review anywhere but just tired of it.Thanks

PS I just read a couple other reviews and I read one almost identical.I to called with around 50 minutes left before closing and they wouldn’t take my order so I went in and sure enough I ordered and waited no problem except for the server going in back talking loud so I can hear her saying rude things about me.I know you want to get off work but as a owner I would be upset if my employees started closing down whenever they wanted.I would not...

We were visiting family in Fairbanks for over a week and two of our family members have celiac disease so both one adult and one child need to be strictly gluten free 100% of the time. This proved to be difficult to find in Alaska in general but this place was our go to spot that made us all happy. Thank you a million for having excellent options for us! Our 7 year old daughter with celiac was able to have a GF hot dog kids meal and could also order Mac n cheese gluten free. I can’t tell you how nice it was for her to be order off the kids menu and to be able to eat French fries as they weren’t in a contaminated fryer. I ordered the special almost every time as they were able to make it gluten free for me. Both of us didn’t get sick once. We found the prices to be extremely reasonable after traveling in other places. The service was always friendly and the food always came very quickly. Thank you! Keep up...

A Gem out in the final frontier, I have been eating at this spot for few months and regret not trying sooner. The food is the highest quality that you will find out here even though this a bistro or cafe it contends with the higher up restaurants. The chef and staff know what taste is and in a time of high prices they do not skimp out on ingredients. With just 25 items to order from they still make it work with a creative spin on the specials of the day ranging from wild game burgers to barbecue pork belly burritos. Fusion and innovation is still certainly in this establishments food selection. So if you are looking for a quick bite that you know is going to be quality every time and best bang for your buck this is the spot to sit in and outside settings when the weather permits. The staff is nice and friendly as well. This spot will always have a special place in my food dictionary of great experience...

From reading previous reviews, our expectations for this establishment were quite high. Although not terrible, our experience certainly did not live up to what we were hoping for. For starters, the service was not quite up to par. The lady taking our order seemed quite annoyed to be doing so and, upon asking how our burgers would be cooked, we were told "on the grill." Perhaps we should have clarified temperature, but that answer seemed quite silly. As for the food, we were pleasantly surprised how expediently the meal arrived, but were slightly stunned by how small the burgers ended up being. The quality was so-so, but I would not say the small portions were worth the somewhat high cost. The fries were pretty good, although extremely salty. Overall, this spot was a not horrible, yet not great experience, that we probably won't find a need to revisit.
