BurgerZone — Restaurant in Fairbanks

Normally a great experience! Tonight not so much! Ordered a heart attack no Mayo no cheese , and a sante fe with no cheese. She did say the cheese was in Anaheim pepper which was fine but I didn’t want the extra pepper jack it comes with . First order they said oops picked up already .umm ok… I noticed she was getting names for some orders but not others. We discussed how busy it was and I sympathized So remake was agreed but said I’d have to wait another 20 mins. I was charged for 1 item, so that was decent customer service. 30 mins later my order is ready, get home and there is cheese on the heart attack order. I go back and asked for a 3rd time, comes up super fast but fries are cold cold, premade?? but why when it takes 20 mins or more for your food?I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh fries like McDonald’s after 1.5 hours later … she offers a door dash non pick up order of cold overcooked, over sauced ( raspberry sauce) wings and soggy burger. Dang burger zone you were always so good to us, sincerely a sad and no longer a burger...

I was excited to try this place it looked nice and the atmosphere and staff were friendly however, we ordered the mozzarella sticks, the bacon burger zone with the side of fries,and the jalapeño burger with onion rings. When the mozzarella sticks came out they were Luke warm at best on the very outside and ice cold in the middle the cheese wasn't even melted, and needless to say we were disappointed but willing to call it a one off on the count of it being busy, but when our burgers came out they too were cold and they didn't particularly tast good either my jalapeño burger comes with jalapeño poppers on it and there were only two almost entirely filled with solely cream cheese and the fries looked to be and tasted like store bought frozen fries, the onion rings were decent but nothing special and they too were warm and went cold immediately. Overall we left feeling upset and disappointed and decided for the 55$ price tag the place...

Satisfying burgers, maybe the best in Fairbanks!

We ordered six hamburger meals – 4 basic cheeseburgers and fry meals for our children, a heart attack burger combo with onion rings, an extreme burger zone combo with tots, and one order of the raspberry habanero wings. Everything on the burger, from the patty to the bacon and brisket was well executed. 0 complaints‼️

The sides were decent. Nothing to write home about, but they complimented the burgers.

The only thing to make a note of is there is a slight price difference if you order online for pickup vs inside. The online system adds a dollar or so more to each meal. Overall, very good experience. They seem to stay busy and we...
