Sunrise Bagel & Espresso — Restaurant in Fairbanks

Mmmm I ordered a large white mocha with an extra shot of espresso for my husband - and I stole some sips on my way to give it to him. ;) heh. Boy was it delicious! They have some genuinely good coffee here.

We also ordered a bagel and cream cheese - I just got a plane bagel but there are quite a few bagel types to choose from. The cream cheese was soooo deliciously perfect on top of my very large, toasted bagel.

Last but not least was the potato, egg, & cheese breakfast burrito (with salsa inside it). It was nice and hot. I had half expected to receive something McDonald's would serve - an overcooked hashbrown on a small tortilla with a weird looking "egg" and fake American cheese. But this burrito was genuinely delicious - real eggs potato and cheese. They toasted the tortilla first giving it a bit of a crunch before adding everything else. It was as good as the breakfast burritos I make at home.

I have to say I am very impressed with this place. Their food was absolutely delicious (with good portion sizes), great coffee, and fast friendly service. I cant wait to come back...

I ordered 2 bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese cheddar bagels, a blue raspberry kicker and spiced chai with rum butter, and powdered cinnamon no ice as usual. Bagels - Delicious Kicker - awesome Chai - terrible, it was just milk and cinnamon powder, I turned around and went back to get my drink remade. When I pulled up to the window the girl who originally made my drink the Strawberry Blonde who worked on 1/5/25 @ 3:30pm laughed at me turned her back to me and waved her coworker to come take care of me. This other girl was super sweet and understanding of my situation and she even noticed how pale my original drink was. The sign says real fruit smoothies. However, mine was made from syrup. I went a couple other times, and they are inconsistent in what they give you for a breakfast bowl. Now they say you have to ask for every item you want in it. The first time I simply asked for a breakfast bowl. They are inconsistent in their billing and the sign doesn’t have prices posted so you don’t know if you ate charged right. While I was there the person on there other lane was overcharged. They offered him to pull forward and give him what he paid for but what he wanted was his money back so he left angry. The coffee is good. So if you want coffee, go there but for anything...
