I was really disappointed by my experience here. I placed an order online for a simple breakfast sandwich with the gluten free bagel. I arrived 20-25 minutes after I placed the order. (The order said it was confirmed by the restaurant before I left). When I told the girls at the counter my name for the order, they proceeded to tell me that they could not make the order as they were out of the gluten free bagels. I was totally fine with that as I understand places may have supply issues with less popular items. They offered to make the sandwich into a breakfast bowl without the bagel. I requested a refund as I did not want anything else on the menu. They then told me that they could not give me a refund. They offered to make me a coffee, instead, despite the fact that there was no way I was paying eleven dollars for a coffee. They offered to fill out a punch card for me to return in the future. I explained to them that I did not live in Fairbanks and could not return and that I just wanted a refund. They went back and got who I assume was the manager, a horrible person to experience. She started flitting over the order terminal, TELLING me that she would refund the amount to the ordering platform so that I could use the credit in their establishment in the future. I again explained that I did not live in Fairbanks and would not be returning. Then all of a sudden, she had gluten free bagels, she just needed to unfreeze them? At that point I told her I just wanted a refund as the whole experience up to that point was just awful. She did not even give me an option, told me they couldn't refund me and said it would take them three minutes to make the sandwich with the gluten free bagels and she proceeded to walk away. So, if it was only ever going to take them three minutes to make it, why not make it during the time between when I placed the order and when I arrived? Defeated, I just waited for the sandwich as I was not given any other option. A different girl slapped it on the counter and walked away. No apology, no "have a nice day" no "here", nothing. So I just grabbed it and left... I never once raised my voice or gave them any sort of attitude. I tried to be as understanding as possible while simply requesting a refund. I was astonished at the way I was treated. Can't believe I was looking forward to eating here during my one day...

Never coming back here again. First time I came here I ordered a regular bagel sandwich with a sweet tea, the sandwich had no flavor and was very bland and my sweet tea didn’t even have sweetener. Told my self I was never gonna try them again. But today I thought to myself “I’ll try them one more time, maybe I just got unlucky,” so I went there for a second time and got the BLT sandwich in the drive thru. I literally was waiting for 15 minutes on my food, the worker asked me while I was ordering my food if I wanted the bread toasted I said yes. When I received my sandwich it was not toasted but burnt on one side and soft on the other like not even toasted both sides. Then he forgot to give me my bottle of water that I ordered until I had to ask him about it. Looked inside my bag with the sandwich inside and there were no napkins. Also it was 18$ (without tip) just for a sandwich and water, which I don’t usually care about the pricing but damn that’s a lot for some water and food. I may sound petty but when you are spending your money that you worked for to buy some food bc you’re hungry you want to get what you pay for and clearly I didn’t get that. I will never come back here again and I will stay true to that. My go to place for sandwiches is great harvest bread co for sandwiches they have the BEST tasting sandwiches with good service, workers, prices, and fast service as well. Listen to me and don’t go to this place instead go to great harvest trust me you will not regret it. They also make really...

Bottom line up front: long wait for no reason, good cappuccino though to much room left in the cup, and a great bagel sandwich.

Went in on a Tuesday morning around 930 - 10am. 3 cars in the drive thru (drive thru customers order and pay and get food at the same window) and 1 person in front of me inside. Waited at least 5 minutes before either of the 3 people inside even said hello to greet me. This time 1 person went to the back, 1 was working on the order in front of me and 1 working the drive thru. After about 10 minutes the person in front of me has his order and leaves. I order a western bagel and a cappuccino. This took almost 10 more minutes for them to prepare and make. I got my coffee first which had about 2 - 3 oz of room left in the cup (I didn't ask for room). A few minutes later I got my bagel.

The taste of the coffee was good and it was warm like a cappuccino should be, not the standard heat it to scalding like a lot of places do.

The bagel sandwich was a excellent.ots of peppers (green and red), red onion, nicely cooked bacon, 1 egg, and a good amount of cheese (pepper jack iirc).

The quality of the sandwich was good enough that I'll give the place a second shot, but if it takes that long again (almost 20 minutes from the time I entered till I had my order with only 1 person in front of me), I'll have to pass on...

I frequent here at least once a month bc I love bagel sandwiches even if the bagels here are average and at least one thing in my order every time is incorrect. However, today was awful. I ordered 2 items and both bagels the tops were overcooked and the bottoms were downright burnt, I can’t believe they would severe overcooked bagels even though I have seen many times that their baskets of bagels often have overcooked ones in there. My sandwich wasn’t made correctly (this happens every time, either forget the cheese or put the wrong one on there, this time they didn’t put the chipotle sauce on). I typically would never bring back food that was wrong but I was so frustrated bc my food was inedible. They remade it but of course had the wrong cheese on the remake, there was sauce but it didn’t taste like chipotle sauce, bagel still seemed overcooked but was much better than the first.

Breakfast served all day! That’s awesome. They also have a drive up window, kombucha, clean restrooms and awesome music with wi-fi! Was looking for a place to sit and do homework before meeting friends out and this place fit the need perfectly. Ordered a Apple Bleu salad. Great service and super clean and WARM establishment. Yum! Salad was huge and very filling. Chop style salad. I got a lot of homework done here, unbothered and not pressured to leave. Great spot! Came back the next morning to try out breakfast at the drive through! Real eggs made with real ingredients by a short order cook - instead of the microwave egg things that other drive thrus use. Yum! Súper quick service and had my food, coffee and juice in hand in less than 5 min! This is my new drive thru spot for breakfast food, even can get breakfast in the evening, which is awesome!

This place should have more stars. These are proper NY-style bagels. A ton of delicious choices (really hard to choose) and multiple sandwich options. We tried the Wild Smoked Salmon on Everything bagel, Plain bagel with cream cheese, Cinnamon raisin bagel with pumpkin spice cream cheese, and Blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. We came here twice on our trip to Fairbanks and wished we had more days in the visit to go back again. We strongly debated going back at the end of the day to bring a dozen home with us but our schedule didn't work out. Opens early so was also a great spot to go fill our tummies after early hours aurora chasing. Northern lights, NY-style bagels and Alaskan blueberry coffee...what more could you want?
